I bought a garbage disposal and called this company to put it in. They had a guy out to my house within an hour. He popped the old disposal out and then told me the new disposal is the wrong one due to a wiring deal on it course he had another place to get to so I went and purchased another one and he passed on my job to somebody else who showed up extremely early and within 15 minutes I was paying the bill service was great price was way high, but I’m having back problems and my hands and fingers are numb right now so I could not do that job. I usually do but I recommend this company hugely.

Tech was great! However, $229.00 for a 15 minute installation of a disposal that I had already purchased was way too expensive for the install.
Business reply
Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters
Thank you, Roz, for the kind words about our tech and for sharing your concerns about the installation charge. We understand a 15 minute install can feel expensive. Our service fee covers more than the hands-on time, including travel, insurance, necessary equipment and post-install support. We apologize if it felt disproportionate and we will pass your feedback along to our team. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and hope to serve you again.

See Reply to Business below this paragraph. We were recommended this company by a friend. After all was said and done, they had replaced two water heaters, one recirculating pump next to one of the water heaters, and put in 2 new RO three-filter systems. Both RO filters were installed with only 1 screw to mount it in the cabinet wall…both water heaters were installed without a drip pan…and the recirculating pump was installed backwards. After an entire week of no hot water and showering at the gym, we wanted these guys out of our house, so we ended up calling a different company who came out and finished the job properly. Update: Affordable commented under my review claiming I am positing a false/spam review, so let’s go ahead and add a couple photos, shall we?

Hi Zach, We have no record of this job at all, as I'm sure you're aware. There is no way you have the correct company, or this is spam at its finest. No one would ever pay for that volume of work, be that unsatisfied, have all those issues occur, and never call us to complain or want a refund issued.... None of that happened. Your picture of the RO has a completely different service company on the actual mounting bracket and the picture of the heater doesn't tell me much. Again, I find it very hard to believe you bought 2 water heaters, 2 RO systems and a Recirculating Pump, weren't happy and never called me to voice your concerns so I could correct any errors. Again, I've searched our records with the information you have provided in this review and see nothing. If you want to call or email us your invoice, name on the account, address of service, phone number, any of that would assist with finding your account. I would be happy to look into this. 480.660.8900 or info@affordplumb.com

Very fast and very good with installations. I'm having a hard time trying to understand pricing schedules. I've used them on 3 different occasions but I had my garbage disposel lock up. I'm 80 years old and lived in my house for 46 years. I was quoted $915 for replacement unit. I approved since I had no options. The tech did a great job but installed in one hour. I'll say the unit cost $200 but a $700 for an hour work. I would expect maybe a senior discount or for a returning customer..A customer on fixed income this charge is so tough on a budget.

Hi John, certainly understand what you're saying.... and you are absolutely correct. You should have received a Senior Discount of 10%. I have applied that discount to your card used for the transaction. Plumbing repairs are never fun, especially replacing all the pipes under a sink along with the disposal. Please accept our aplogy for not processing the discount at the time of service, and I hope if you need us you will know you can depend on us.
