Marck did an outstanding job. Did a semiannual check up. Found an issue with a capacitor and had a replacement one available for a quick repair. All repairs were done timely and without any issues. Great representative for your company.

Being a long term service customer, I can say they reach out many times if necessary to make yearly service appointments when you are due. The techs are very friendly and explain everything that has been done. I recently had a problem with paperwork and was immediately contacted to correct the situation. Would I recommend them, yes. I've dealt with many companies and customer service, Empire tries very hard to be ready and willing to help with all problems for whatever reason.

My wife turned on the water and the garbage disposal to grind up some salad leavings and the disposal came loose from the sink and hung down spewing water all over and what horrible noise. I called EMPIRE, who has done all our plumbing needs fir years. They were quick to respond and fixed the problem in about 30 min. and we are back to normal operations again. 072826 NEEDED them again because our water softner we overflowing. Dan came to the house and diagnosed the problem and we found we needed another one. WHICH he did replace but the new one was bad so they immediately replaced it. Works fin now. (TO BE CONTINUED)). 090226 I had to call them back again. Our toilets were not fluching properly, ended up having to replace all the bathroom valves for the toilets, water tank was statring to seep water around the flush valve, and the washing machine and dryer went out. Empire did us right and we are on the road to getting caught up on all the problems in this 23 year old house. The same plumger came out and replaced the water heater, did the washing machine valves so we could shut off the water. TO BE CONTINUED.

I have a service contact with Empire a/c for my A/C unit . DAN came out this morning, on time, and went right to work servicing my A/C and flushing my hot water heater tank. He was polite and professional. Today, Marcl came out and performed the AC maintenance check up and cleaned out the water heater. Marck is a very pleasant man and was very polite and professional.
