Not sure I called KPM when I had a pipe bust and flood my basement. Dave in the office was great he wasted no time Sending me the proper documentation for me to sign so that he could get people over to my house as fast as possible. He also communicated with the insurance company and took care of all expenses dealing with the insurance company. Then Evan Earle came with one other guy (Ant) within two hours of me calling. He was great with concern of the structure my furniture and made sure they could dry and remove the water as fast as possible. The professionalism work ethic, and Training was very evident. I will only ever use KPM For a situation like this. I highly recommend them and their employees…they actually care. Services Flood cleanup

KPM was going to sqeeze me into their schedule when my basement flooded after a power outage. My pump unexpectedly started working again, so they did not need to come, but 5 stars for their friendliness, responsiveness, communication, and willingness to accommodate. Special shout out to Amanda.
