New Reasonable price Had some severely damaged carpet from multiple pets marking their spots over the years. Thought the carpet was a goner but after Jeff worked on it the carpet not only looks very clean but the nasty smell is completely gone. Great guys,very professional, and excellent work. Jeff and his team were incredibly professional. Jeff came out on a Saturday - 2 hours after we called to look at our mold/water issue. Jeff and his team were always punctual and communicated very clearly. Hopefully, we never have a water/mold issue again, but I would without hesitation call Jeff and his team (sooner)! A pipe burst and we had water in our basement. Jeff and his team were outstanding. Jeff responded immediately and came out and took care of absolutely everything that needed to be done. Reasonable price Called Ashley's on a Sunday after having some water on the rug in a basement bedroom from the heavy rain. 1. They answered the phone! 2. They came first thing Monday morning (prior to coming called and said they are on their way!) and set up the dryers and dehumidifiers. 3. Checked on it on Tuesday. 4. Came back Wednesday and all was well and dry, put the rug and trim and the furniture back in place. Very courteous and considerate of the situation. Services Water removal

Ashley’s Restoration is an excellent local company from Wilmington NY. I had water damage from ice dams. They arrived the same day I called and were able to assess the problem and make a plan. They were easy to work with and extremely professional. They developed a plan to dry out my house and remove water damaged material. At the end of each day they talked with me to ensure that I understood what was going on. They also left the job site clean. Additionally they were willing to work with my insurance. I highly recommend working with Ashley’s Restoration.

Excellent service by people who really know their business. We got to know them 25 years ago after a furnace blowback issue. We stayed away from house on their advice until everything cleaned up, thank goodness insured loss because we were away over a month. We still stand in our living room in awe of the owner’s paint job on a ceiling made of exposed hand-hewn beams separated by Sheetrock . Perfect in every way lo these 25 years later.

These guys just did the carpet for my business and I can’t believe how excellent of a job they did! My carpet was filthy from all the foot traffic from the busy season and Jeff and his crew literally made it look brand new. I just had our carpets cleaned on May 11, 2020. First of all, they showed up !! Just like they said they would. That's half of the battle, I've delt with other services that never show up, no call, etc.... Jeff's son and his crew got started as soon as they got here. He went over everything with me, looking over the carpets and giving me assurance they'll look GREAT. When I came back a hour and a half later they were just finishing up. They showed me the area they didn't do yet, right next to what they did do, and boy, what a difference !! They cleaned up, explained the drying process and off they went. The carpets dried overnight and NO smell in the house. Thanks to the cleaning solution they use, not all those chemicals !! I glanced in there truck the machine they use, seems pretty high tech. You can not ask for more honest people ! When it came time to pay them it was much lower than I thought. That alone is hard to find now a days. Thank you Ashley Carpet Cleaning. I'll be calling you again for our chairs and couches.
