I had a wonderful experience with HUB Plumbing & Heating and found that the quality of their work is truly superior. Every single person that I interacted with was professional, attentive and kind. Diana, the office manager, my first point of contact, made scheduling easy. She communicated clearly and quickly and was well informed answering all my questions and keeping me updated every step of the way. Rich, the main plumber, arrived on time for every appointment and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problems with my two shower diverter valves right away, provide a scope of work, cost estimate as well as the time frame to secure the parts and complete the repairs. Rich performed expert level plumbing work fixing both problems completely as he stated he could. Omar, the plumbing assistant, worked hard alongside Rich on a separate job installing sink components very skillfully, HUB Plumbing & Heating is trustworthy, efficient and dedicated to excellence. If I ever need plumbing services again for something else, I will definitely use HUB Plumbing & Heating and recommend them to everyone.

Reasonable price I had sewage backup in our business basement and I had a wonderful experience with this company. A week ago, I had a different company snake out our pipes. It was VERY expensive and I’m sure I was scammed. They said 90 day warranty. When the sewage was coming up again, I was ghosted. I was actually willing to pay to get whatever fixed but whatever. I looked around and saw this company and their good reviews which is something I should be doing more. From the start talking to their receptionist who was able to give me a light extremely general quote via email and gave me repeated reminders to pay the visit fee in order to schedule (sry lol thank u I appreciated it!) to the plumber who was very communicative and educated me. The price was great too. Payment is online, not Zelle like the other company. I just wish I utilized this company sooner.

Great price | $300–400 John is actually my neighbor and I know him personally, really good guy and also very professional. I had an emergency situation with a leaking shower and he came immediately and fixed it. The parts were out of stock but they still handled everything. I have had bad experiences with plumbers in NY before, with high costs and poor work, but this was completely different. They were punctual, fixed the drain, shower head and faucet all at once. Reasonable price | $300–400 Had an emergency situation and was dealing with a shower that had out of stock parts. I have had nightmare experiences in NY with plumbers - cost and bad work. They were punctual, also fixed the drain, shower head and faucet while there. I felt safe and they were so pleasant, and reasonable. I am having my building use them as the go to emergency company. Following a catastrophic accident impacting one pf the main piping systems, they efficiently coordinated demolition and meticulously worked on the repair. Despite not having initial plans and facing the complexities of our classic and aged property, they skillfully navigated their ways and replaced hundreds of pipes and piping components over several months, achieving a near-miraculous restoration involving three floors. HUB has worked in our property for years. Their support and expertise throughout this recent ordeal however were invaluable and deeply appreciated. They are one Intelligent Team! Omar, Richi are the two who KNOW this highly complicated profession. Lina is authentic, lovely, and on task. And Jayson is insightful, amongst other qualifications. This to me is a quality one had to possess in this highly technical and mechanical business.

Hub Plumbing and their staff are wonderful ____ We are a NFP company in New York and HUB was so good to us in terms of pricing as well as the delivery of top grade workmanship every time they were here. We were required to know everything about each project and Jason was very understanding and empathetic. He took his time many times long hours in explaining the highly technical language of changing gas pipes and all that the task involves to us and our engineer patiently, professionally and generously. Rich is another gentleman who you can trust his expertise and his words. HUB came highly recommended to us about two years ago and we thus feel obligated to pass that recommendation with the highest regard HUB deserves to others who might need a trustworthy and honest plumbing crew. Charged me $800 to snake the sewer main, then failed to close the pipe so it leaked all over our basement. The attention to detail was sorely lacking. When they returned to fix the problem they caused I had to argue them out of charging me for an “emergency weekend visit”. They didn’t want to take responsibility for their poor quality work. They then told me I needed to steam clean the sewer main ($2000). I had 2 other local companies quote it for $850 and $900. Not only are they bad at their job but they tried to con us into paying more than double the going rate for a service we didn’t really need. Use at your own risk. You’ve been warned.
