If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy, dependable company with no high pressure look no further. We had the pleasure of working with Binh and Justin today and I cannot say enough good things about both of them. They saved us $$$$ in their honesty and when our unit dies, we know where we are going for our next one. Not only that, Binh and Justin are just good people. We had two services done today. In the morning we had a crew come in to top off our insulation in the attic. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. In the afternoon we had the plumber, Richard come in to replace our disposal unit as it was leaking. He was very experienced and knew what he was doing. He was very polite and cleaned up after he was done.

Do not use this company. They are way overpriced and don't care how much they destroy your home while they are working in it. Very very unprofessional from the top all the way to the bottom. Especially the top. Again watch out for these guys. They are professional thieves. A month has gone by now. Still waiting for Andy to call us. Another lie. This company is bad. January 2024 What a deal! Hobaica called and offered to send out teams to inspect my drainage system and my wiring ... FOR FREE! Scott arrived promptly and inspected my drainage. My ancient house has pipes that have settled into horizontal positionns, impeding drainage. Scott recommended that his supervisor follow up in a few days and make his own recommendations. Then, Steven and Al arrived to look at my wiring. They delighted me by saying that the work done several years ago by my solar panel company had put me in overall good shape. An old sub-box would eventually have to be replaced. These three gentlemen were as courteous, thorough, and professional as I expect of Hobaica and, like their colleagues in the past, did not give me a "hard sell." I was given detailed options and realistic timelines, so that I can plan and budget for upgrades in future. 7 December 2023 Alex and Connor showed up promptly today to perform seasonal maintence under my "No-worry Warranty." What a great investment that warranty has been! The gentlemen conducted themselves with all the efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy I expect of Hobaica. They set my thermostat to heat, replaced my air filter, and did a thorough job of inspection on my roof unit. They even replaced a capacitor that was near but not yet at replacement level. I'm running out of superlatives for this company! With associates of such calibre as Alex and Connor, Hobaica continues to earn my loyalty and my positive word-of-mouth. April 2023 Samuel Scheetz is a new addition to Hobaica's crack team of expert technicians. He serviced my air conditioner today with all the professionalism, thoroughness, and courtesy I have come to expect from this exemplary company. Shyly, Mr. Scheetz asserted he was "no salesman;" nonetheless, after my detailed quizzing of him about my air conditioner and its expected lifespan, I agreed to take out a "No-worry Warranty." I don't buy warranties for anything, but Mr. Scheetz's modest expertise and informative explanation persuaded me. I will continue to recommend Hobaica and Samuel Scheetz in particular to my friends and neighbors. Thank you! 28 May 2026 Devon Bellamy has topped them all! He arrived promptly for my semi-annual HVAC check-up and got to work efficiently. As have his colleagues in the past, he explained everything cogently and laid out my options without the slightest trace of pressure or hard sell. I decided, after discussing with him at length, to purchase the optimum protection package and surge guard before Phoenix's worst heat set in. As with his predecessors, I enjoyed chatting with Devon and getting to know him. He is a tribute to Hobaica and I will be asking specifically for his service in future. And his brother DeAndre for plumbing. Twenty stars!!! 1 October 2026 Devon is back!!! What a pleasure to deal with him again, this time for my autumn HVAC check-up. As before, he examined my system thoroughly, photographed everything, and then reviewed with me in minute detail every step he had taken. I told him how pleased I was with the summer-prep help he had provided last May, and he shyly insisted it was just his job. I'm delighted to have retained Devon as my favored tech and look forward to working with him again next spring. Another twenty-five stars!!!!!

We thought our water softening system was leaking, turns out it was a pipe in the wall with a tiny hole that appears to have been spraying a mist of water since before we bought the house. The tech, Anthony, fixed the leak fast and gave us some good advice on how to handle the mold and water damage it caused. We thought we were in for something really serious but were pleasantly surprised when it was all taken care of within a couple hours.
