Horrible, they are doing a job on the block and they drain sewage and water all on the street leaving dirt mud and water in front of everyone’s property. No regard for anyone. Been going on for 3 weeks and everyone has their car dirty, can’t walk through the street or sidewalk without tracking mud and they could care less even when I called. The job should not affect how everyone is living. The LEAST they could do is clean up at the end of the day but they don’t. They had a dumpster truck with garbage falling everywhere. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Do your job but clean up.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. While we understand that construction activity can sometimes be inconvenient for nearby residents, we would like to clarify that this review was not posted by one of our customers, but rather a neighbor to the property where contracted work is being performed. Our team is working under the direction of the property and in compliance with local regulations and project requirements. Job sites can involve equipment, debris removal, and temporary conditions that are part of the construction process.

I called Craig for an emergency toilet backup on Sunday. He immediately took my information, explained what the issues could be and difference in pricing. Within 30 minutes I had an ETA for the plumbers arrival, a detailed breakdown of issues and cost and a call to confirm I received everything. The job was done quickly and professionally and right. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted FlowRight Plumbing for an estimate to install a Liberty drain pump and correct a discharge pipe. I requested a plumber to assess the job, but instead a coordinator came to take photos. He was professional and courteous. The initial estimate of $1,200 appeared to be based on an incomplete understanding of the setup. After I clarified that the pump was already properly vented and only the discharge pipe needed correction, the estimate was revised to $700. This back-and-forth likely could have been avoided if a plumber had evaluated the job in person as requested. Overall, the process was frustrating and did not meet my expectations, and I do not recommend this company.

Flow-Right Plumbing & Heating
Malak, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that the estimating process was frustrating and didn’t meet your expectations — that’s never the experience we want to leave. At the time, our plumbing team was extremely busy, and we sent a coordinator to gather photos and details so we could still assist you as quickly as possible rather than delay the estimate. This visit was for estimating purposes only, and no plumbing work was performed. Once additional/correct details were provided to the plumber, the estimate was updated accordingly. We understand how the back-and-forth could have been disappointing. Your feedback is truly appreciated and will only help to improve how we communicate and evaluate jobs upfront. If there’s ever an opportunity to earn your trust in the future, we’d welcome the chance to provide a smoother, more positive experience. Thank you
