Couldn’t have asked for better service. The representative over the phone was so helpful! It’s impossible to speak to a real person over the phone now but not at Genuine. She walked me through everything and the gentleman that fixed my sink were so respectful and efficient. Would recommend to anyone on the island!!!

Great price | $1,000+ We’ve been working with Genuine Plumbing for years, and they have consistently proven to be reliable, professional, and incredibly responsive. Whenever we’ve had an emergency, they’ve arrived quickly and communicated efficiently every step of the way. They’ve completed several projects for us over the years — from installing hot water heaters, to handling a gas shutoff and getting it turned back on, while keeping us fully updated throughout the entire process. They’ve also managed major leaks in both our retail units and residential apartments, including burst pipes, and handled everything with expertise and care. Their team is always easy to reach, with quick responses to emails and calls. We truly appreciate that they always confirm with us before proceeding with any work outside the original proposal or price range. Their technicians are professional and patient on-site, taking the time to explain the issue and their plan before starting repairs. Highly recommend Genuine Plumbing for any plumbing needs — residential, commercial, business, or personal. They are truly dependable and a pleasure to work with. We use Genuine Plumbing to keep our shop and offices operating efficiently. They also handle our required inspections. I wish I had listened to the other reviews warning me about this plumber. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed every negative comment. The plumber came out but didn’t fix a single issue. Without asking for permission, they went to several stores trying to find a part that didn’t even exist — and then charged me for that wasted time. To make matters worse, they left my bathroom in a complete mess and still didn’t solve the problem. A week later, I hired a different plumber who fixed everything perfectly, charged less, and spent way less time. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this one.

They came out to my home on time, and the crew was friendly, yet professional. Began the swap out of my water heater and the comparison was night and day. Brianna was very helpful on the phone and everyone in the office made sure I was taken care of. I would leave more stars if I could. Thanks Genuine Plumbing!

I strongly suggest avoiding this company. They grossly overcharge and when the shower faucet they supposedly fixed started leaking again just a few days later, they would not take responsibility and said they would charge all over again to fix it. In response to my review, above, the owner responded and said they strive to be helpful and if there's anything they can do to help, to let them know. They charged me almost $1000 to fix the faucet and three days later it was still leaking, so yes, they could help by giving me a refund. Will they?

Received professional and efficient service from both the office and plumbers. I called in an emergency job and they coordinated technicians to be onsite within 2 hours! Unbelievable service! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a diversified plumbing company with very experienced plumbers and office members! The dispatch department goes above and beyond to ensure top tier service from start to finish. Definitely the best plumbing company I’ve dealt with.
