Reasonable price | $200–400 I was very pleased with the service I received from Tristar. I needed a cartridge replaced in my shower on a very hot and humid day. I called to schedule an emergency appointment at 1:30 pm. The plumbers arrived at 4:00 pm and completed the job successfully by 5:00. They were very courteous, professional and cleaned up well. Tri-star has saved me numerous times in emergency situations. When other local plumbers could not get to me when my boiler stopped working, Tri-star was able to help. For unexpected leaks (even just last week!) Tri-star has been able to make special arrangements to get to me within hours. The small condo building I live in and help manage has worked with Tristar for several years now because they have very skilled technicians. As we experience NYC's changing climate (more frequent heavy rains, more extreme temperatures) amidst rising costs of raw materials, taking care to protect our still relatively new condo building (under 10 yrs old) has become the priority. Because of this reality, we established a bi-annual maintenance plan for our HVAC & Boilers which has helped keep our building and all 7 apartment units running smoothly. Tristar are also very responsive in the few cases we've had emergencies, like leaks, for example.
