AI reads the Google reviews shown on this page, up to 300. When there are more, it reads a random sample of 300 with the same mix of star ratings as all the reviews. Each point is something at least 3 reviewers say. It shows how many, and you can open their reviews. Complaints are what reviewers report, not our verdict. We check serious ones before showing them. It's EXTREMELY hard to find a HVAC supplier that'll sell to homeowners, but they do! And they do it nicely! Thank you Alex for your assistance.

The lady answering the phone is rude she not only lacks professionalism but home training . Find another occupation if you can’t answer a phone . Bruce should be ashamed

I was referred to Grace from Bruce supply by a friend. She said she had the best experience designing her bathroom. I was working on my kitchen, her knowledge about design and functionality was apparent! She helped not only with supplies that I needed but she helped me out a great deal on design as well. I was working with a designer and Grace came up with a floor plan than was not even considered by my designer. Her floor plan makes my kitchen sooo much more functional!!! I will forever be greatful to her. If I was to list all the ways she helped me, this review would be way too long. Just let her know your budget and she finds the best options for you! It's soo worth it! Thanks again Grace!
