We are So Grateful for Robert and his wife, they did a phenomenal job! We called Doody Calls Drain Service after 10:30 pm very concerned about a strong Sulfur or rotten egg smell in our home, without hesitation Robert asked a few vital questions and headed right over to our home. Robert checked everything to assure us it wasn't a Gas leak, and found our plumbing issue. The resolution was clear and together Robert and his wife got to work, fixing the problem the very next morning. Price was more than fair! They are very Kind, professional, clean and most certainly knowledgeable, a Terrific Team! Highly Recommend by the Purcell's! Thank you for Everything! Very prompt service. Came over on a Saturday night at 8:30pm. Thought it would be a quick fix but turns out, not so much. Took about an hour to solve the issue of a clogged pipe. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend

My shower and sink drains were going down slow and then the toilet started backing up. I tried to call the only plumber I’ve ever used since buying my home and he was out with an injury. I started panicking, water was leaking in my basement from the plumbing and I didn’t know anyone to call. I started researching and found Robert/Doody Calls listed online. The reviews and posts all looked promising. Within minutes of putting in a request I was contacted and scheduled. Robert kept me informed while I was at work of what he was doing and within a short time he identified and corrected the issue (clogged line). I found his pricing to be very fair considering the time spent doing the work. I arrived home to a clean house and functioning tub, sink and toilets! Highly recommend. Thank you again!

Great price If you have plumbing issues and want fast professional response, call Robert and Stacy of Doody Calls Drains. There’s no need to call anyone else. They unclogged years of buildup in my drain. They were fast, professional, courteous, and above all very knowledgeable. They snaked and jetted and didn’t stop until all was cleared out and water was flowing out of the house. They were patient and got it done without causing additional issues too. They even wore protective booties while walking inside our house. Wow! Our backup issues stopped and we are now back to normal. Thank you and hats off to Robert and Stacy for a job well done👏👏👏. Spoke to. Rob….who was very unprofessional and hung up on me. His reasoning…my tenants are gross and are flushing everything down the pipes. So not only am I dealing with immature college student as tenants, Rob lack of professionalism is just something I have never dealt with before. He is not a professional. I am living with the situation, but he thinks it’s ok to hang up on customers. Funny thing is, we weren’t even in a heated discussion…just talking. Anyway, stay away!

I went out to the college apartment building on May 7 regarding a work order I received from your home warranty company which I am affiliated with, this was not the first time I have been to this building from previous workorders from the home warranty company and was familiar with your sewer pit (which had a newer repair done and not done correctly) I then called the cost auth dept to find out what contractor they sent for that repair because I was not going to be held liable for the incorrect install which had now separated from the pressure of the sewage backup. The warranty company said they did not cover any claim for that repair to be done and that it was a third party repair and your claim would not be covered due to that. You called me today and I explained to you that you need to call your home warranty company, the conditions at this building are deplorable, but you are an out of state landlord and can easily turn a blind eye and collect that rent. I told you I was not interested in working in that building again, as it is a safety concern and I had already told the warranty company that. The tenants are disgusting......I will stand by that! I wish I could include pictures of the sewer pit on here. We would all see just how disgusting the conditions of the basement is and all the signs of these kids using this as a party spot, beer cans scattered around the sewer pit, the pit filled with raw sewage with the reflection of string lights hanging above, the multiple extension cords running throughout from the building next door, graffiti on the walls etc. and you as their landlord are allowing it. You called me saying how good my reviews are and then stated you had to have the basement pumped and they ran camera down line, and having line replaced because you are selling the building and I stopped you there because I am not interested in working with you privately and I made it perfectly clear why but you kept trying to explain, so I said call someone else, have a good day and hung up, so if that's deserving of a bad review....then so be it! Doody Calls Drain Service is a company I would highly recommend. They came for what we thought was a simple clogged drain but it was so much more. We had probably 50 years of grease and sludge lining those pipes that Robert and Michael worked together to get the pipes cleaned out. All the while with a smile on their faces. If you have any plumbing needs please reach out to this company. They are fast, professional and very courteous.

I could not have asked for a more prompt, friendly and knowledgeable plumber! I feel he went above and beyond. He checked my basement pipes and noted possible future problems for me, but told me that it was not necessary to address the issue now. You cannot go wrong using Doody Calls!
