Extremely expensive and condescending. Turns out it was the owner and his very unpleasant wife on the phone. Missed their arrival window. I let me property manager bring in how own people to handle HVAC and plumbing needs... even with their mark up, they are less then this company and I don't need to be there or do anything to coordinate it!

I am very happy with my new Navien NCB Combi Boiler installed by Jake and Chad. They were very professional, on time everyday, and always told me when they were going to turn off the gas or water. Devin came to look over the project when it was done, without my having to ask. Before they left they explained what I needed to know about the new system and cleaned the work space. I would recommend Jack Hall Plumbing to anyone thinking about having a new heating system installed.

Reasonable price We recently had Jack Hall install a new AC and furnace system for our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional throughout ; punctual, courteous, and clear about what to expect at every step of the process. As a new homeowner, this truly made the difference. The quality of the installation itself really stood out. Everything was done cleanly and carefully, with attention to detail you don’t always see with HVAC work. No shortcuts, no mess left behind, and the system is running smooth. What really set them apart, though, was their integrity. My AC unit in the back yard was loud, an eye sore and took away from the lounging space. Special shout out to Jake and Bren. Jake called with inevitably bad news. Existing line set is cooked. He was calm and offered a viable solution of moving it to the front and running the lines through my garage; as it should have been done 20 years ago. Reasonable price Thank you to Jack Hall Plumbing and Heating during our time of need! Our furnace broke down at a very inconvenient time and they responded very quickly to get us going. During the repair we noticed a few other issues that, for a 24 year old furnace, made more sense to replace the entire unit than throw more money at it. Dane and Zack were very professional and courteous with the removal of the old unit and install of the new unit. They replaced any necessary ductwork, tubing, etc in order to install this unit properly. Additionally, they noticed that our original install's venting was not to code and they corrected that issue even though it was not in the scope of our original work order. This new unit is very efficient and we noticed immediately that it does not take as long for the house to come up to temperature as it did before. Devin followed up on a separate visit to inspect their work and everything looked good. Alicia, Danielle and of course Ty were a pleasure to work with and everything went very smoothly with no unexpected surprises. Thank you to the whole Jack Hall team! Services Heating system repair

He explained in detail what the whole process intailed and even followed up with a walk through on completion to answer any questions and run us through the operation of the boiler.
