They never returned my calls. You posted that you did not have a record of my call. That's funny. I called twice. Left a message on the first call. On the second call I left a message and a kady called me back and told me to call between 4 and 4:45 pm. I called the next day and no answer. I assumed correctly that you didn't want my business. I don't chase service people around.

Delmar, I think you may have the wrong business, there is no one by the name of Kady working for us. Perhaps you meant to leave this review for a different Kandefer Plumbing (there are several out of West Seneca). We operate out of the southern tier and do not have any affiliation with those businesses. We would appreciate if you would kindly remove your review.
