ROYAL REALM PRODUCTIONS
FURIOUS! Still had a working toilet and sink upstairs, by the time Roto -Rotor of Falconer, NY finished, not only did I have a mess on the ground floor bathroom but NOW, NO working toilet, sink or tub downstairs or upstairs! They said my septic needed to be cleaned out!! Why didn't they know that before they starting working on my toilet and they charged me $297.00 I'VE HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE SATURDAY and it took this long to get someone to come, only to have the matter made worst!!!! I should be able to leave 0 stars but need to leave 1 star just to be able to post. (Updated edit) Two hours after the worker left I discovered my basement door wide open and the lights on! Thank heaven I checked otherwise the cold would have been coming in all night. Also, at 11:21 pm the ground floor bathroom has water on the floor. The worker didn't turn the valve completely off when he left so it was dripping! I am taking a video of this and will be posting it on Facebook!

Reasonable price Fast, efficient and friendly service, so we would absolutely recommend them. Our plumbing backed up and was overflowing our downstairs toilet. Roto-Rooter showed up within an hour of us calling and snaked our main sewer line. They were completely done within 90 minutes. The cost was $275, but their fast & efficient service was well worth the price. We will definitely be giving our family and friends their contact information. Services Sewer repair

Had such an easy experience with them. I called during what I thought would be after hours but got a to speak to a person immediately. Pricing was straightforward and upfront. They cleaned out my slow moving tub drain which I couldn’t seem to unclog myself plus had another company tried as well. I was offered honest opinions with no hyperbole and feel confident in their work.

I called them for a plugged sewer line at my rental property. They responded promptly and got the line cleared before it became a bigger problem. They also provided my tenants with education and advice on preventing future problems. All at a reasonable cost. (Education was included at no extra charge. 😁)

My tub refused to drain. I did all the things you are told to do online. Baking soda & vinegar, hot water, the plunger. Nothing worked. Many years ago I called Roto rooter for my disposal & they were efficient & did a great job. So I called them for the tub & should have called sooner. A plumber showed up promptly & took the back plate off my tub. Something I could not do. He then used a machine to thread a wire down though the backplate. In minutes water was draining quickly. Whatever was clogging the drain was evidently pushed into a larger drain as we didn't find anything at the end of the wire. My tub now drains in a few minutes from my shower. I use a chair in the tub & when I stand up I am not standing in water but a bare tub which is less slippery. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work & the expertise. Plumber was courteous, pleasant, friendly, & just super nice. Always call Roto rooter. They show up & you most likely will not have to mortgage your house to pay the bill.

Professional above and beyond!! Mark and Corey showed up to our house within an hour to work on a VERY complex sewer clog. This company is 1,000 percent top-notch and I would recommend them to anybody. Prices are extremely fair!
