John was absolutely wonderful. He was very thorough and patient and made sure we understood everything. Most importantly he was not pushy but gave us all our options and the time to decide on which worked best for us and made himself available quickly for us. We will be definitely using him again and would recommend him to anyone.

The owner, John, does all the work on his own and did a fantastic job helping us drain out the mainline from our home. He’s a very friendly and chill guy who is willing to show you through the process of what’s being done. I learned a lot from him! Came early too when other places I called wouldn’t bother showing up. Highly recommend Cheap John’s! 👍

Kiyong nice meeting you today. Thanks for this great review appreciate it 🙏.

I recently had John come out to clean my sewer line, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I was dealing with completely blocked drainage issues, and another company told me I needed to replace my sewer line. John arrived early on a sunday and was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done without any technical jargon, which I really appreciated. Once he started, it didn’t take long to see results. He cleared out the blockage and even took the time to show me what was causing the issue. After the cleaning, everything was flowing smoothly again! My kitchen and bathroom drains are working perfectly now. Plus, he gave me a few tips on how to keep things moving along nicely in the future. Overall, I’m couldn't be any more satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend John to anyone in need of drain cleaning. It was a relief to finally have the problem fixed!

Today when you call someone to get a job done, you never know what kind of character is gonna show up at your door. My friend sent me a picture of cheap John’s truck today when I called John he said I’ll be there within an hour, he got here in 20 minutes. John was in no rush not like other people I called in the past. He just wanted to know exactly what was going on. He was in no rush to get his job done. He took his time to get the job done right and he was very professional.. he didn’t run through my house like he was late to meet his girlfriend He took the time to make sure everything was OK. It took me outside to show me that everything was OK at the sewer brought me inside Showed me everything was OK in the house and back out to the sewer. No one has ever done that in the 40 years that we’ve been here. They usually just send a snake through and run. I found John to be upfront reliable courteous relatable and very easy-going after he was done we sat and talk and he left for another job not only would recommend his business 100% But he’d make a great friend. also great guy. He’s all aces.
