THE best experience with a contractor EVER, nov.2024 my home in patchogue was flooded by upstairs burst pipe in bathroom,i called b.r. and in 10min owner [RORY ] called me and said him and his crew would be there in 20min,he showed up with 4 trucks and about 8 workers, they got to work right away and mitigated water damage with serveral pieces of equipment, rory assured me him and his company would take full charge and deal with ins co and i signed contract with rory right away .this was a 3month restoration and i have no regrets whatsoever, work done was with the highest standard, use bulovas restoration- you wont regret it- THANK YOU RORY AND STAFF !!

In december of 2023, my home suffered a minor fire resulting in black smoke going inside my walls and destroying most of my furniture. During inspection it was determined that all of the walls had to be taken down and cleaned thoroughly. That day my nightmare had started and i didn't know what i was supposed to do. Bulovas Restoration was referred to me and from my first phone call to the last day they have brought peace to my home and me. They have been nothing but professional from day one and they have taken me step by step in the planning of restoring my home and explaining everything needed to be done. It has been a year now since they started working on my home and my expectations are definitely beyond what i would have expected. I finally have my home back and can finally say that i am at peace in a safe home because of Bulovas Restoration.

Nothing worse than going into your basement and finding it covered in waste water from a clogged waste line. I reached out to Mike and his crew, David and Francisco, at Bulovas Restorations and they were hands down phenomenal. They were professional, punctual and communicative. They meticulously ripped up flooring so it could be reinstalled, leaving fans and dehumidifiers to dry out this horrible mess. Mike walked us through the whole process from start to finish. If you experience any type of damage to your home or business, Bulovas Restorations is the company to call. I would highly recommend them to anyone in this situation!

Used these guys to clean out the basement after a car drove through my house. These guys secured the area and had everything cleaned out before the construction crew arrived. This made everything run as smoothly as possible.

This company made our unfortunate luck so much less stressful. When I called to make an appointment they called within 15 mins and I had a Service appointment with Yobani and his helper. They showed up when at their scheduled time and they made our house air tight after a tree fell through the roof. They secured all of the loose siding and gutters and removed all of the debris. They patched the roof with roofing material and then tarped and taped everything off. Until we can get the repairs done we’re no longer worried that animals or water will do further damage. It was so worth the call and I’m glad our public adjuster suggested we call.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink which caused significant water damage and mold to our cabinets, wall, floor, etc. A family member recommended Bulovas Restoration so we called Rory and he responded right away. With all the stress of loosing your kitchen and dealing with insurance, Rory’s Project Manager Kyle has been amazing. He is responsive, professional and very patient. Jesse, David and Javier that did the demo and mold remediation, were professional, meticulous and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m not happy this happened, but Kyle has made a really stressful situation feel much more manageable.

When a very large tree fell in our backyard and damaged a portion of our house, we didn’t know who to turn to. Amazingly, the guy fixing our downed power line got us on the phone with Rory, who sent a team over within the hour to patch the large hole in our roof. Since then, the whole team, Carlos, Gio, Mario, Victor, Jesse, Francisco, Antonio and Val have been nothing but helpful and courteous…from demo to packing, we couldn’t have asked for better service and we can’t thank them enough. We recently hired Bulovas for clean-up and debris removal after a devastating fire in our 2-car garage. We had a lot of items in there, and the fire burned 1/2 of the space completely. The majority of everything on that side was destroyed and unsalvageable. We are beyond impressed with their service. Abe was our point person and helped us through every step of the way.
