From start to finish, their communication was clear and professional, and they took the time to explain each step of the process. Bruno mechanical installed a new Peerless boiler in my house less than 4 years ago. I called them as this boiler was putting out constant heat for 3 zones even though the thermostats were not calling for heat. Bedroom was almost 80 degrees. They came back 2 times but charged me almost $300. Called back a third time the next day saying the problem is still not fixed. Steve called me back and said "find another plumber, I no longer want you as a customer." And hung up on me. I believe it is unprofessional and unethical to dump a customer when you won't put the time and effort to fix a problem when YOU installed the entire system. Accept the responsibility and don't quit when you started the job. My advise to others, find another plumber!

Not one true fact problem came back after a week I refunded his service call because he said he was unhappy and suggested he call the company that has been serving it for the last four years boiler was installed January 2021 the only reason he called us on the first place was to try to get us to fix it for free not a customer I would like to deal with

Disappointing experience, particularly given these reviews! Committed to a job and then backed out weeks later (after not doing anything for weeks to get started). Wouldn’t answer phone calls, wouldn’t talk to other trades they need to work with and who know the important specs. Ultimately - better that they didn’t start work at all, but a BIG waste of time.

Sorry we didn’t want to work with you we were contacted by your plumber to do the gas not the home owner It isn’t our job to communicate with your other contractors when you are trying to play general contractor. estimate was given to plumber on October 3 Papers sat on my desk till yesterday with no contract nor deposit We do reserve the right to work with only customers we see fit.

Had Steve and Steve here recently to take a look at my shower. Very friendly and professional guys. Took care of my hot water issue. Would highly recommend them. The small thing of putting their own doormat down to wipe their feet showed they cared about my property. All around great experience. The price was great too.

The owner Steve came out to diagnose an AC system that was not working. We determined it was best to upgrade the system. Steve, his son Stephen and Kyle worked very neatly and professionally replacing the unit and getting the system back up and running. Would definitely recommend using Bruno mechanical for all your plumbing needs!
