Reasonable price | $1,200–1,400 Paul’s Way came to my house with a puff back on New Year’s Eve when no one else would come to assist us. They made an emergency repair and did what they could so that we had heat. We ultimately needed to replace the boiler but they got us through a few weeks with the old burner. They had done some work for us in the past and they’re honest, on time, and keep in communication throughout the work being done. I will be calling them for all our heating and plumbing needs!!

Reasonable price The last visit (last November) was when Paul installed my whole house water filter and did a great job. This time my downstairs faucet in the shower was very tight and impossible to turn. Paul replaced it with a moen. Now it looks pretty but most importantly it works! Reasonable price So happy I found them. At the very least I need a new toilet but they found much more. The leak in the basement was from the waste pipe which had been leaking a long time. Had them replace the toilet and the pipe. Great work at a reasonable price.

Was given a price to do a job. Which was a two visit job. Finished 1st part of job. My wife paid in full after she read the receipt he only listed the work that was completed for the total amount. Received other quotes for the first part of the job for a little more than half of what he quoted me. The plumber stated that job included two visits in the price we discussed over the phone with me. My wife standing next to him and the electrician who was doing work on my home. Called said owner would get back to me haven’t heard back from him in 48 hours.

Prior to beginning any work, our technician thoroughly explained the scope of work, pricing, and project process. The invoice was reviewed with your wife on-site, and after discussing the work, authorization was given to proceed. A signed approval was obtained before any work began. Upon completion of the first phase, the work performed was reviewed with your household, and a completion acknowledgment was signed. Payment was then made for the approved work that had been completed. Our technician also explained the next phase of the project and advised that our office would be in contact regarding scheduling. After the work was completed, your concern was not that the work had been performed incorrectly, but rather that you had received pricing from other sources. During our conversation, you compared our pricing to that of an individual performing side work. We explained that, as a licensed and insured company, our pricing reflects professional service, trained employees, insurance, overhead costs, warranties, and the ability to stand behind our work. Comparing a fully operating business to independent side work is not an apples-to-apples comparison. Additionally, the project was completed late on a Friday, and our office returned your call on the next business day after reopening. At no point did we ignore your concerns, and we made every effort to communicate clearly throughout the process.
