New Reasonable price Mold Remediation is not fun and Carol and her team made a stressful situation a breeze! They worked closely with my insurance co so that I could get the maximum amount of coverage. She brought a dumpster and had her people empty my basement of whatever I wanted to get rid of. Great price Mark and I have nothing but praise for Advanced Restoration, the company that handled the clean up and restoration of our house after a smokey kitchen fire. The fire occurred on Saturday, the adjuster came on Monday morning and by Friday the hard working cleaners from AR had our house cleaned and items that could not e cleaned disposed of. And we had, as they say, a great deal of "content" so it was not an easy job!, As follow up, the adjuster's report was completed and submitted promptly and we received our financial settlement the following Monday - today! Advanced Restoration was the firm selected by my parents' insurance company to do some work in their main bathroom and parts of their basement. Initially, due to communication issues among them, my parents, and insurance, the job stalled after some demolition work. Once that matter was sorted out with Zack, the first staff member I dealt with, he assigned it to the project manager, Dan, who did a solid job of coming by the house, showing our options, and giving us a work schedule which they followed. Dan was polite and quick with responding to our concerns. The team he sent over to house were very good and left a solid impression with my parents. Given how the job concluded on a positive note, I'd keep them in mind if we had to do a new project.

Ron Russo Had an electrical fire at the circuit breaker panel of our house in August 2025 that caused extensive damage. It was 9PM, we were devastated. Did not know who to call or what to do until someone suggested that I call Advanced Restoration. That was the best call I ever made. Within hours Advanced had people on site securing what they could. Representatives calmly and professionally explained the entire restoration process to us and were concerned with my families welfare while offering suggestions on what steps we should take to move forward. Soon after receiving a building permit from our town building department, contractors began arriving to begin the restoration. Project Manager Gary was there every day to oversee the work and to discuss all phases of the project with me. General Manager Charles Deckert texted me often to insure that we were receiving all the help we needed. Because of Advanced attention to detail and prompt scheduling all work was satisfactorily completed ahead of schedule and we were able to move back into our home on Christmas Day.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt With. We had flood damage in my mother-in-law‘s home at first they were responsive and seemed very empathetic to our situation. Then came the rebuild. We had to redo a basement bathroom and asbestos was found in the floors so we needed to remove the old floor tiling. So far so good now come the repair estimate, every opportunity they had to pad the bill they took. $480 to remove the toilet Another $480 to Replace the toilet. That didn’t even include the cost of the toilet. In other words $100 toilet would cost $1200 if I allowd it . Other things like remove door frames to shave off an eighth of an inch off the bottom of the door frame so the floor tile would sit under the door frame. what happened to cut tile around the door? Instead of cutting the frame around the tile $500 a door!! Every opportunity that was available to add money to the bill they took. They added thousands of dollars to the bill, which I called them out on every time. How about not showing up on scheduled appointments and after calling the company only to hear so sorry it was a miscommunication. It is not miscommunication. It’s mismanagement. Just because insurance was paying for it there is no reason to gouge the customer. Stay away from this company. There are plenty of other restoration companies out there do your research and question their motivation every step of the way.

During the mitigation process, we discovered that the pre-existing tile was asbestos-containing material. We communicated this to you and your insurance carrier, who granted coverage. We then packed out and stored all the contents from the basement and removed the asbestos flooring in compliance with NYS regulations. Following the abatement, we prepared a detailed repair scope to restore the space to its pre-loss condition. The repair scope and pricing were reviewed and approved by your insurance carrier. All scope reports were prepared using an estimating program approved by your insurance carrier, utilizing industry standard pricing. Furthermore, all scope reports were sent to your adjuster for prior approval before any work was performed. Our team is glad we were able to assist your family during this time and wish you well.
