I cannot say enough great things about On-Call Restoration and John and his crew! We were dealing with serious humidity issues in our crawl space that were causing our floors to warp, and we were worried we might have to rip up and replace the entire floor. 😩 John and his team came in, assessed the situation, and got right to work. They were knowledgeable, professional, honest, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Thanks to their expertise, our floors are now back to normal without having to rip them up! Great price John of on call restoration was very quick to answer my call about my basement flood he went over everything I needed to do to get rid of it.The next day his workers started.John and his partner Venessa helped me to get my insurance claim quickly.All the people there are knowledgeable. John and David and their entire work crew were professional and got the job done. During this freezing weather, we dealt with a water pipe break and water damage.
