Great price In February due to the extreme cold temperatures, we had a pipe that burst. This resulted in a flood on the lower level of our home. There was water everywhere expanding across the bathroom, family room, hallway, closet, and crawl space. It even made its way into the garage. We called ServPro and the amazing professionalism that we experienced warrants a rating beyond 5 stars. They explained our options while putting our needs at the top of their priority, as opposed to trying to take advantage of us during what was by far extensive damage. The entire staff is outstanding. They walked us through, and then got us through the process. They took care of everything, which extended from removal of carpet/floor, removal of destroyed items, removal of destroyed walls/panels, drying the remaining structure, retention and delivery of a pod for storage, and even brought in a crew to box our belongings and carry everything inclusive of furniture into the pod. They provided the damage estimates and submitted them directly to the insurance company on our behalf. If you ever have water damage, big or small, I highly recommend this office and this team of professionals. Bob, Drew, Diane, Toni, and the crew a big thank you. I trusted them and they more than lived up to it. Did I mention that they even helped me get a plumber when no one else would return my calls because of how many pipes were bursting at the time. I am a repeat Servpro customer. I am so pleased with the crew and office staff. I had a water damage in the basement of my home. The crew arrived promptly within an hour of my phone call and worked efficiently to clear up the flood as to prevent any further damage. They left machines to dry out the basement. FOLLOW UP TO SERV PRO : Line 10 Reads: “Cleaning Technician Per Hour to Clean Various Upholstery.” Never was I told there would be no steam nor extraction. *Nothing was plastic. VERY MISLEADING. BUYER BEWARE This company does NOT STEAM CLEAN upholstered furniture. We had them come in to do a restoration on my mother’s home as she is an ex smoker. They had quoted me for steam cleaning all carpets as well as 3 sofas and 12 upholstered chairs. As they were leaving and after being paid I questioned them about the furniture and they told me then that they had only rubbed dry cleaner fluid on the furniture and that the material was not appropriate for steam. Cloth furniture, with exception of 2 velvet chairs and 1 futon which I understand may not be steam cleaned. No adjustment to price quoted with the steam cleaning, though no extraction or steam cleaning was done as quoted. NEVER AGAIN

Drew the project manager and the workers Gerard and Luis were very professional, patient and answered all of my questions. In one of my bathrooms that I do not use. I thought we had mold and Drew said that it was just water damage. (Please note: the two other contractors told us that is was mold). They cleaned up the entire bathroom before the estimated time. First time calling Servpro and it won’t be my last! They have another satisfied customer! Call them, you won’t be disappointed!
