Ray was at my place very quickly, and then carefully investigated and remediated the source of our water intrusion. I cannot say enough about the quality of the communication, work, and clean-up. Painless. Thorough. Top notch. I am very glad that HydroPro was so highly recommended to me, and now I know why!

I hired this company for water damage remediation and paid the $1,500 deductible. While we did receive an estimate before work began, we specifically instructed him to get any work approved through the insurance prior to/during the work to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. After the work was done, I noticed square footage figures and services listed on the invoice that I do not believe were performed. When I tried to discuss these concerns, the communication became hostile. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

We really appreciate everything AZ HyroPro did for us! Ray and his team were excellent! They were in constant communication with us, did everything that they said they would, which in this day and age was much appreciated. Ray advocated for us when he saw existing damage related to our concern that needed correcting so we wouldn’t have future issues which put our minds at ease. He definitely went above and beyond, we can now enjoy our whole house and know the work they completed was done the right way! Highly recommend AZ HyrdoPro!

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

Ray at Arizona HydroPro is a true professional and was able to quickly and efficiently resolve a second floor tub leak, which caused significant damage to our property. He diagnosed the issue and helped put the pieces back together for us. We are so grateful!

I sent Ray a client a few years ago for an AC Repair, my client said his bill was a much lower estimate than everyone else and he was more informative!
