These guys are clowns. I went in asking for assistance to remove a shower valve cartridge and they asked for pictures, which I showed them. One of the gentlemen said I could "remove it by hand” Once I was telling them also that it was not possible to remove by hand because there was nothing to grip, he then said, "Well you got to pay me $300 an hour for a plumber!" and they both proceeded to laugh. Not the customer service I was expecting

We kept having drainage issues, so install main sewer cleanout was arranged; the technician set it up properly and maintenance has been much easier since.

This is the best place ever. Period. I said it. Period. The reality is whether it's for plumbing needs or you just need a cool, family oriented, caring group of people to chat with this is shop to walk into. They spent about a half an hour helping me navigate which product I needed to purchase to fix my shower handle even though the whole time they knew they didn't have it in shop and they weren't going to make any money on the transaction. In the mean time we chatted about work, local restaurants, and everything there is to love about the Bronx. By the way they have an entire drawer there dedicated to delicious restaurants in the area! They are family owned since the early 1900s and the owner Bob and his daughter Susan are stellar in customer service and go out of their way to help anyone who comes into their shop. Chrystal (I hope I spelt that right) even loves the shop so much she would rather stay in New York and keep working there than move down to her beautiful home down South. These people love NY and they love helping people and their business. Huge shout out to these folks and I will only be purchasing plumbing supplies from here on out from Westchester Square Plumbing!!!!

I went there earlier this week for a problem that I was having with my AO Smith gas water heater and Bob took his time with explaining to me exactly how I had to install my vent system to avoid the backdraft problem I was having!!! Bob had all the parts that I needed in stock!!! Bob's employee Fito is amazing as well as all his other employees. I then took a good friend of mine there and Bob took care of him with his AO Smith gas water heater problem which was still under warranty!!! Bob once again took his time in explaining to us exactly what to do. Moving forward both of us will only deal with Westchester Square Plumbing Supply for ALL our Plumbing needs!!!!!! Bob and ALL his employees are simply AMAZING!!!!!!
