I recently had the pleasure of working with MainMechanicalNY to install a new heating system and toilets in my home, and I couldn't be more happy with the experience. From the moment I reached out, their service was quick, professional, and incredibly thorough. A special shoutout to Jurgen and Uran, who were fantastic throughout the process. After some troubleshooting, they quickly figured out the issue with my boiler. Unfortunately, it turned out I needed a new one, but they were honest and transparent about it. I even got a couple of second and third opinions, and their diagnosis was spot on. A few days later, they came in and got the job done without a hitch. Now, my heating system is working perfectly, and the toilets were installed with such precision. The team was friendly, respectful, and made sure everything was in top shape before they left. I would definitely hire MainMechanicalNY again for any future plumbing or heating needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Jurgen and his team were exceptional to deal with. I had them install a Navien boiler. They were responsive and knowledgeable and they pointed out other boilers in my building where the previous installer had cut corners. Their pricing was competitive and fair. Lastly they went the extra mile when a simple P trap replacement under my sink turned into fixing the whole shoddy work on the original drain assembly. These guys take pride in their work and happy to find them.

Prompt service. Professional job. Great staff. After troubleshooting, Lucas & Uran correctly diagnosed my boiler issue. Unfortunately I need a new boiler. This was the consensus after an independent 2nd and 3rd opinion. They won the bid, and a couple days later they completed the job. I would hire them again. Definitely recommend for your HVAC needs.
