Reasonable price | $900–1,000 Wayne and his team came out and replaced an outdoor faucet and repaired a faulty shower faucet that was located in a very difficult spot. Had a leaking water valve in my basement. Called and they were able to come out the same day. I had got a price from a local competitor a few days prior which was literally double the price. The techs were amazing. Super polite. In and out. Couldn’t ask for better service. Will be calling them again for sure!

Reasonable price | $400–500 Our sump pump died unexpectedly and they were great to deal with. I called in the morning and someone answered right away, and they were able to come out by noon the same day. The plumbers called when they were on their way, replaced the sump pump, and had everything working again in under an hour. Super quick, professional, and easy to work with. Great price | $800–900 Wayne and his team came out the same day I called. I tried to fix the issue myself and now I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to call him. He replaced the shower valve and had to cut an access panel behind it. Super clean work. You honestly can’t even tell they were here. What meant the most was the care he showed for my family, making sure my kids would be able to shower today. I spent six hours trying to fix it yesterday. He even fixed my hot water heater that had been installed wrong and didn’t charge me anything extra for it. It’s hard to find that kind of integrity these days. The best I can say is that they showed up the first appointment. I had an overflowing toilet. They augured it and got it to successfully flush but the next time I used my washing machine the water backed up again in the toilet. I had the same sort of response when I called as another reviewer who is a senior citizen. The receptionist tried to place the blame on me and deflect the call then said the owner would call. He did and behaved exactly as the other lady said, dismissive and constantly interrupting and man-splaning me. I was so upset by the treatment and the cost I got off the phone and called a different plumber who came the same day and fixed the problem for nearly 1/2 the price "Waynes World" had charged me. WW had actually made the problem worse by not investigating the cause they just pushed material in the line further in and blocked the grinder pump valve. I tried to call back once I knew it was fixed and they didn't return my call. I don't know how they rated those awards, the must know somebody. Or maybe it's just elderly women who they treat this way?

Bonnie, you called for a clogged toilet. We came cleared the line, everything was working when we left and gave you a senior discount of $50. 12 days later you call the office and say you ran your washing machine and it backed up. Wayne called you back the same day and offered to come back to your house to see if something else was going on and you declined, said you were sick and didn't want to deal with it. The next call from you was yesterday January 27, at 2:41 requesting a call back. Wayne returned your call today at 9AM. When Wayne called you back to try and discuss this you would not let him speak and said F you and hung up on him. Wayne's has been in business for 25 years and we treat all customers with respect, we would expect the same from them.

Reasonable price | $1,000+ Replaced old cast iron water pipes for the whole house and had a leak in my outside wall where the town water came into my house for awhile...well, good thing they opened up that area, it was a disaster!! The connection was almost totally rusted out and I was told by the town and Wayne that it could have ruptured while I was in Florida and my whole basement would have flooded. Everything was explained clearly to me during the whole process and the price was very reasonable for the work that they did. Steve was the main person on the job and fully answered any questions that I threw at him. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable plumbing outfit.
