Be very leary of this contractor who does work for National Fuel, they damaged my driveway further and say they are not responsible. To top it off it tooks month before they even responded with that. If I could give them a 0 star rating that would be it. Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

My Samsung ductless A/C /heating unit was installed on June 3, 2019 and has not worked for months. I have called and emailed multiple times. A technician finally came out but did not know the problem. He was going to try to recharge the unit and came back 2 more times without the proper equipment and did nothing. I called and called with no reply. My unit is still not working and the company will not return my calls. I am basically sitting with a $3,200 unit that i can't use. I would never recommend this company. I am a senior and was hoping to use this unit as a heating source this winter. If I could give the company no stars I would.

It's taken me almost 10 months to post this but had to get it out. VIO plumbing did a quality job fixing my broken baseboard heating pipe for a great price. They also came back a day later to work on a non related furnace issue free of charge.

Called Alex due to an emergency leak in our laundry room, he was out to the house within hours and quickly and easily rectified the problem. He was very patient and looked at a few other things while he was at the house. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Thanks for what you do!

I highly recommend Vio for any/all of your plumbing/construction needs!! I contacted them for a commercial job, and being later in the evening, I left a voicemail not expecting a return call until the next day, but was pleasently surprised when Al called me within an hour of my message! Though he already had a pretty packed schedule of work, he was still flexible enough to accomodate my chaotic schedule as well and came in the following day!! He installed a commercial ice machine and water filter, repaired a few faucets and a drain and is coming back to install/replace more faucets...all of this in just half a day! The work was done efficiently, cost-effectively and also left very clean. I will definitely continue to use Vio for all of our plumbing needs at my new store and am so thankful to have found them.

VIO plumbing was hired to do the plumbing in our home after a fire. I also had to have them do some outside work when we noticed water seeping into our bacement while the rebuild was being done in the spring of this year. It took some time getting fit in their schedule with all the rain. They finally we're able to fit me in . I thought the work was going well and looking good. They were notified about the ruts left in our neighbors yard that they needed to repair. As summer approached grass grew and the ruts were not repaired. Then after a month of finally being home, (Septenver 2018), I noticed my sons bathroom shower doors were installed backwards and not closing properly allowing water to escape onto the floor outside the shower. There were areas in both our bathrooms where they missed grouting all together. I contacted them by email in September and again in October asking for them to come repair their work correctly I received a call in October stating they would check their schedule and find out when they could fit me in. They were also contacted many times, by the general contractor who hired them to do my home. In November I sent a letter again asking for repairs to be completed by Thanksgiving or further actions would be taken. To date (11/26/18) they have ignored my texts and letters along with notices from the contractor. I guess I shouldn't have had them paid in full. Be aware of this if you decide to hire them. If you find a problem after the work is done, you will probably not get them back to fix their mistakes and as they said they don't do landscaping, so when they get stuck in your yard or neighbors yard and make ruts, or leave large piles of rocks, dirt and clay, be prepared to pay someone else or repair it yourself.

Amazing service, able to schedule quickly. They worked quietly and made sure to clean up after. Al also noticed another problem with a different unit and replaced that part as well. I would absolutely recommend Vio plumbing and mechanical to my friends and family.
