They are awesome with their service and easy to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend. Garret Brown came and did a tuneup on our furnace (11/24). He was very friendly, explained a few things to be done, with no pressure. Just another great experience as usual. I just had my furnace cleaned (1/9/25) and boy was it dirty. Took about two hours and now it's super clean. Great service as usual, along with being very knowledgeable. Had another service call on 6/12/25 for sewer backup and as usual did an outstanding job a quick response time. They are always my go to. Thank you guys On June 13th Nick King came and did a camera sewer inspection. I was at work but kept me posted the whole time. Another great experience as always. Today (6/19/25) I had an A/C repair which ended up being the thermostat which was nice and Garret was great. He explained everything and super nice. Cellino does not disappoint. The same day we had a sewer jetting done. Esteban and Matthew did a great job. Explained everything to me about a future job to be done. Matthew explained everything to me about the jetting, which was great because we've never had this done. Not to sound like a broken record but cellino doesn't disappoint. Thank you guys as usual. Ok I'm back at it again. With my home remodel and wiring I had to have Cellino out again today (6/25/25). I called in the morning about my a/c and they got me in the same day. Garret Brown, once again, did a great job moving my thermostat and making sure everything was in working order. Top notch all the way. Thanks again guys for a job well done. Had my a/c tuneup today(7/24/25) and as usual Garret Brown was awesome. Gave me info on my unit and any future repairs. Another 👍🏻👍🏻 Cellino. On October 23rd I had my furnace tuneup done by Joella Sweet and Aaron Newer. Wonderful job as always, they explained everything and super customer service. Cellino is always my go to On August 3rd 2026 I have an A/C tune-up by Marcus Leavitt and he was so nice. Did a quick an efficient job on the tune-up. As always Im happy with everything and again Marcus was nice and personable. Today September 22nd, 2026 we had a new smart meter put in then after, a few lights and recepticals didn't work. National Grid came out couldn't figure it out and yet again Cellino came and fixed it. Jordan Garrett fixed a minor issue and we were good to go. Super friendly and explained what happened. Thanks again Cellino for your prompt service. I had a generator tune-up today, Oct.15,2026, by Garret Brown. Friendly as always and joked about being on a first name basis 🤣. Quick and efficient job and gave me recommendations going forward. New $2,000+ Zach our technician was amazing and efficient. He explained that our (very old) water heater had rusted and needed replaced. He same day installed a new one, worked quietly and efficiently all on his own in the basement and even cleaned up his mess, including scrubbing a rust droplet out of our mud room carpet. New Not sure No idea what to think about their service since they never actually showed up. Scheduled for a plumbing service for today, 10/6 in the 12pm-4pm window. Got a text at 1:54pm saying that I was still on the schedule. Got another text at 3:18pm explaining that one of their earlier jobs took longer than expected and that they were running behind, but that I was still on the schedule for the day. No update until 5:44pm, when I got the following text: "Your technician is currently finishing up his last job. You are still on the schedule he should be calling you once he is done." So imagine my surprise when I get a call from the company at 6:22pm explaining that they wouldn't actually make it, and wanted to reschedule for tomorrow, 10/7. Now, they did offer a discount, but we were not going to be available on 10/7 due to work. I had scheduled the service for 10/6 as someone would actually be home then. The discount offered was just not worth the trouble at that point. Overall, just not a good first impression of the company, and I don't really plan on calling them again in the future. Don't schedule someone for service, tell them repeatedly that they are still on the schedule, and then not show up.
