Reasonable price | $2,000+ Our mini-splits (both compressors) went out in the middle of a heat wave. Another company wouldn't help because they hadn't installed the units and we weren't existing customers. Eric got a tech over immediately to check out the situation, gave us very complete information about what was going on, then shuffled their schedule around so that could respond to the issue the next day. The tech gave me detailed information about what he did, what might happen in the future (because of poor initial installation by yet another company), and expressed great pride in the work Valenza does. That sealed the deal for me -- I will definitely reach out to them again if I need anything for plumbing or HVAC. Services Service not listed

We had a clogged waste line that caused a VERY messy backup. Called valenza, main waste line was scoped with the camera, blockage removed and pipe cleaned out SAME DAY! When you're dealing with a situation such as this call valenza! I needed to update this review with another 5 star visit from valenza. Lost water pressure and went down to the utility room to investigate, pressure tank had failed. Water was flooding the room. Called Eric @ 9am, he answered the phone n had max n Ian here in 30 mins. They had everything up n running n the tank replaced by noon. These guys r the best! Prompt, professional plumbers!

We are completely redoing our kitchen and needed his assistance with the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He arrived on time, extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Maxwell & John installed a new Fijitsu outside unit on a timely manner. They were both very professional and friendly. When asked questions they had the answers. Maxwell & John were both very organized and neat. There was no garbage left behind. The owner Eric has been very professional over the phone and prompt with my situation.
