New $200–400 Called for boiler svc and had Nate also fix my kitchen sink leak. He's a highly knowledgeable, careful and neat service tech. He explained how my boiler works and how the problem arose. New Great price Nate was the man from start to finish. From the first time we spoke, I had a feeling he was going to be my guy. I still wanted to vet a few other people just to make sure I wasn't rushing into a decision, but ultimately ended up right back with Nate because he was that good. He was extremely flexible and accommodating with my schedule and worked with me however he could. His professionalism, knowledge, communication, and attention to detail were all spot on. This wasn't a small job either. Nate handled the installation of a new boiler, relocated my water heater, split the house into multiple heating zones, and took care of the plumbing and electrical work that went along with everything. He was able to knock out multiple projects at once, and what I really appreciated was that he cared about how the finished work looked, not just whether it functioned properly. Everything came out clean, organized, and professionally finished. He'll definitely be my guy going forward for any plumbing or electrical work I need.

New Maddox fixed a leaking pipe in our home, and we couldn't be happier with his work! He was very thorough, taking his time to ensure every detail was handled carefully rather than rushing through the job. What we appreciated most was how tidy he kept everything. He minimized the mess during the repair and completely cleaned up the area before leaving. Finding a plumber who is both skilled and respectful of your home is rare. Highly recommended!

Reasonable price | $200–400 I called Parker Plumbing n Nate got back to me quickly. I was having a problem with my furnace. He sent Maddox n Maddox was awesome. He easily could have made a small problem seem bigger however, he didn’t. It was as simple as just lighting the furnace n he was on his way. Thank u guys so much for not taking advantage. Great price | $2,000+ I had a great experience working with Nate and Parker Plumbing Heating and Cooling on a full HVAC replacement at my condo in Newburgh. From the beginning, Nate was straightforward, responsive and very easy to work with. He gave me a fair and competitive price, explained the options clearly, and installed a complete new heating and central air-conditioning system along with an Ecobee Premium thermostat. The quality of the work was excellent, and I especially appreciated how flexible Nate was throughout the process. I had professional real estate photography scheduled during the installation period, and he was very accommodating in working around that schedule so everything could stay on track. Communication was easy, the pricing was very competitive, and the finished installation looks clean and professional. It was refreshing to work with someone who was dependable, practical and focused on getting the job done right without making the process more complicated than it needed to be. I would absolutely use Nate and Parker Plumbing Heating and Cooling again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC, plumbing or related work. Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Nate Parker Plumbing. I had an emergency situation in my basement. They were quick to respond and assess the situation. The issue was fixed in a very timely manner, with precision and care. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a follow up text a few weeks later, to check if everything was working properly or if there were any continuing issues. I found their prices to be reasonable and service with a smile. I appreciate the high level of customer service. I will absolutely continue to use them.

Update 7 May 2026: Another fantastic experience with Parker Plumbing! We were able to swap from conventional gas boiler with hot water tank to a tankless combi boiler system. Nate did an exceptional job and followed up one week after to explain proper maintenance and ensure great service. 10/10 as usual! Nate Parker is a godsend! He responded in a timely manner to our call/text and was very professional in his communication before, during and after his work. He then found the culprit for our heating issues (trouble reaching the temp set on thermostat) by targeting the leaking pipe in our crawlspace. He was able to purge our system (natural gas boiler) and replace the leaking pipe among several other maintenance items immediately following his diagnosis (showed us in person and took photos). We appreciate not only his hard work, but also his professionalism in giving us a thorough, knowledgeable and logical explanation of the issue and general maintenance guidance and info for our heating system, informing us as educated consumers. He never pressured us to purchase anything we didn't need or make any sales pitch: he simply explained what needed to be replaced in the appropriate time frame with logical reasoning, and allowed us to make our own educated decisions. About a week after his work, he followed up to see how our heat was working - 100% better and still going strong after a few weeks! We will be sure to call him back for future maintenance and repair as necessary, but have confidence that it probably won't be for a while because of his good, honest hard work. Reasonable price | $1,000+ Truly Exceptional Service After returning home from being away for New Year’s weekend on a freezing Sunday night, I discovered I had no heat. My regular heating company did call me back and tried to troubleshoot over the phone, but coming out would have meant an emergency charge, so I held off. That’s when Julian from Parker Plumbing and Heating stepped in and genuinely saved the day. He reached out, mentioned he was already in the neighborhood, and offered to stop by, especially with temperatures dropping into the single digits. There was no emergency charge, no pressure, no upselling just real concern for my safety and well‑being. Julian quickly found the issue, relit my electric fireplace to give me some warmth for the night, and promised to return in the morning if he could get the part I needed. Not only did he follow through, but he kept in constant contact giving me regular updates on the ETA of the part and when he’d be back. His professionalism, kindness, and reliability were truly outstanding. It’s rare these days to find someone so genuine, honest, and trustworthy, but that’s exactly what I experienced. I have nothing but praise for this company. I cannot recommend Parker Plumbing and Heating enough, and as for Julian, he is simply the best of the best!!! Reasonable price | $1,000+ 10/10 !!! I Highly recommend Parker plumbing and heating. I was shopping around for quotes and immediately stopped when i came across Parker. He’s respectful, attentive, fast and extremely helpful. He came to my rescue and squeezed me into his schedule the same day i called him for a quote because i needed a new system asap! His prices are extremely reasonable and he was always there to answer all of my questions even when it was outside of his work.
