Recommend highly. We've gone through multiple plumbers in the last few years and 1. He calls you back. Really. 2. He shows up 3. he caught an issue that the other plumber didn't. We had a clog in the bathroom sink, a no name plumber cleared it, but the toilet mysteriously then had the very same issue. He fixed it (and even had his son fix something on the screen door that he noticed as I was just utterly done with the house at the moment due to damage due to ice dams etc) Services Service not listed

Overpriced Overpriced and ineffective. Ralph was recommended to me by my restoration company. Ralph seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable. I hired him to fix my leaky tub, even though he would not give me an estimate up front on the phone. He spent less than 30-45 minutes tightening up the faucet and shower head, lectured me about splashing in the tub, and to my great surprise charged me over $500. Later that night, the leak recurred. I researched online and did my own diagnostics and found that he had missed entirely, and not even considered, the apparently very common problem- a leaky overflow. When I brought it to his attention the next day, he recommended I try a temporary fix myself (tighten the screws) and did not offer to complete the job properly. After searching the web, I ended up having to replace the gasket on my own for a permanent fix. While Ralph was pleasant to deal with, the service he provided was a poor value and I had to resolve my own problem despite paying him. He also had cancelled last minute a previously scheduled appointment with me. Ultimately, I think Ralph ripped me off and I would not recommend him to others.

Ralph installed a new boiler for me in 2020. His price was reasonable & recently he serviced the appliance. He is approachable & friendly. As a single mother & no knowledge of the appliance I feel safe & comfortable with his work. He gets two thumbs up from me!

They replaced a sump pump last week, just in time before a major storm. They came out and finished the work in one visit, and replaced the valve as well. The pump did its job, saving us damage to our furnace and laundry. Professional and civil, they worked with confidence during the entire visit, and also showed me how to replace a whole-house water filter cartridge. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.

Ralph came right out the next morning like he said he would. He fixed a clogged sewer line and another issue we didn't know that was broken. He was patient and understanding. Ralph is great. He fit us in on a busy day, with really short notice. I told him I just needed a toilet wax ring replaced. He thought he was coming for a quick fix. Turns out that the toilet we had, no longer fit the new offset, after our renovation. He had to go to 2 different places to get us a new toilet and the parts to install it. He said I'm not leaving you without a bathroom. I'll get it done for you, today. And he did. Thanks again, Ralph!
