AI reads the Google reviews shown on this page, up to 300. When there are more, it reads a random sample of 300 with the same mix of star ratings as all the reviews. Each point is something at least 3 reviewers say. It shows how many, and you can open their reviews. Complaints are what reviewers report, not our verdict. We check serious ones before showing them. These guys are the absolute best, Angel is amazing! 5 mins before closing on a holiday and they were very helpful. They had the part I needed in stock were NO one else in Rome had it. They saved my butt. Super great guys and very reasonable priced. If you need it They have it without ordering it. Check them out!

They have a lot of the older pipe fittings I needed they were very helpful and even ordered a part for me..I never went to them before I would always run to Lowe's..and was sick of my products breaking...so I was told to go to Utica plumbing and they will be my new go too

I needed a water heater and parts on a weekend, Sam at the Rome branch went above and beyond to make sure I could take care of my clients when they needed me the most. Just wanted to thank Sam and the rest of the Rome store for always taking care of my business no matter the time or day. Highly recommended!
