New I'm giving them 5 stars because there isn't an option to give more. My mother's toilet wasn't flushing good. Nothing that we tried worked. These guys showed up promptly & resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. They didn't charge anything & refused to accept a tip. If we ever have any major problems, they will be the first call we make.

Called Joey for a family member who was told by another plumber that his septic line was broken. Joey came out to inspect it himself with a camera to find that the pipe needed to be cleaned out. It was not broken! He sent someone out that day to clear things out and the problem was resolved! We appreciate the honesty and prompt support!! The price is also very reasonable!!

We had an emergency Saturday March 15. Joe and his dad were at our home within a short period of time and spent 3 hours but were finally able to clear our drain issues. Very fast, professional and helpful. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Can’t say thank you enough to Rizio & Calandra Plumbing/ Excavating Inc. Had a pipe burst under the sink this morning and they came and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes! Not to mention they fixed it for free! I was speechless at the act of kindness from two strangers. So many things to be thankful for this holiday season and one less bill is huge! I really tried to have patience getting on their schedule for some plumbing work. Have a minor leak in my kitchen and basement for an external hose hookup. Called 5+ times over a month, first two times I was told to call back for availabilities the next week. Next two times I was able to get someone on the phone I was told they were going to check their calendars and get back to me to even come out for a quote (they did not). Going to look for another plumber.

Hot water heater died over Christmas/New Years holiday (while we were away). Joey and his team came out next day to address the problem, even though it was evident that he had a significant workload. Very personable and efficient, and they worked till after 6pm to get the job done. Plus, he put up with my stupid questions and was just very friendly the entire time. Will recommend to anyone with any sort of plumbing problem.

An employee came to my home. Discussed the situation and gave a ball park quote. After TWO WEEKS we finally get the owner who said he knew nothing about it. He came to the house and discussed the situation with my other half while I was in the hospital. Sadly the owner had a death in his family after leaving our home. I waited over a week and called, expressed my condolences and understood he was on-site at a job that had to be finished. He said he had a quote for the job and would stop by. That was a month ago. He will not answer any calls, even the last one where I asked that he at least tell us he couldn’t do the job as we were now going in TWO MONTHS with no bathroom, shower.. nothing and I had family coming in two weeks. Nope.. no call back. For someone so highly rated I am disgusted by the utter lack of professionalism and just plain decent courtesy. If I could give a zero.. I would! Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism
