I had issues with my plumbing for years at the office. After I call Ben and Tim they came by and listened to our issues, went in the crawl space and video taped their findings and diagnosed my problem/ also logically explained their treatment. After more than 2 years we have not had an issue! Thxs guys Dr Kisiel

We live out of State, we own a rental property in Saratoga County. We need to have tradespeople that we can trust. We have now hired the Toilet Jockey for two repairs. One was a toilet wax ring replacement, and Yesterday they repaired the drain assembly for a pedestal sink for us. I am a firm believer in hiring handymen for certain tasks, but when it comes to plumbing, heating and electrical work, we prefer to hire licensed contractors. These repairs are very important! Tim is great to work with. He is great at getting on the phone and explaining things. One on, I had to hire this company. Their name and logo are fantastic! Haha. One last thing, Tim was very upfront the first time that we hired him. The leaky toilet project. He gave me a price if he came out last minute/the next day and a price if it could wait until a few days later. I really appreciated being given the option. We will definitely be calling you for future projects in the future.

Once again The Toilet Jockey came to our rescue! This was our third time hiring their services within the past 16 months, and the third outstanding job by them. One of the previous services was an urgent matter and they arrived in less than 18 hours of us contacting them. This most recent service was not quite as urgent, but they still managed to squeeze us into their schedule with only a couple days notice. They do professional work at fair price, have great personalities, and are respectful of the home. Never once did any of the technicians complain - they simply examined the situation and implemented the proper solutions necessary. They worked hard and did the job right every time, providing excellent advice in the process. The photo speaks for itself. We will continue to hire / recommend The Toilet Jockey's services - great job guys, thank you!

Absolute BEST! No nonsense, professional, kind (even funny!)... does one helluva great job. It's so refreshing in this day and age to find a contractor who does what he says he'll do and doesn't try to take advantage of you. Tim is top of the line - one of the best experiences I've had in my almost 60 years on this planet!

Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. We had a massively stopped up main sewage line. We called for service at 7 PM. Within 30 minutes Tim was on site diagnosing the problem. Eventually he dug up our septic tank cover and figured out where the stoppage was. He cleared it and back-filled the septic hole all in less than 2 hours! We kept expecting him to say he couldn’t do the job and would have to come back another day with bigger equipment or to cut out and replace clogged pipes, but he was determined to solve the issue then and there. Thank you guys! Awesome service!

Listen up! I cannot express the humanity in this Business. With all the rain we’ve all just experienced, it over loaded my sump pump and shut down creating a flooded basement! Through my electrician, he provided me with the contact info for Ben. I called him around 3ish and explained the situation and Ben insisted on coming last evening. That he didn’t want my Family and I to have to deal with the situation through the Christmas Holiday. Unheard of ANYWHERE!! Roads were icy and yet still came to my driveway with a new pump in hand and installed it! This guy was literally on his way to go Christmas shopping with his wife! AMAZING Ben! Thank you so much! Merry Christmas
