Called on Sunday and was told someone was coming to fix my problem. I told them it was the pressure tank and being told a repairman was on the way when another plumber called I told them someone was already coming. Reimer showed up looked at the job and told me I was right and that I needed a new pressure tank and did nothing. I'm a disabled veteran and if this is the way you fix emergency problems you will never hear from me again

I called because the sewer line was backed up. I explained the issue, that I had sewage in the pit in my basement where the sewer access is and that I need it cleared. Plumber shows up, tells me what I already knew, and that he did not come with a shopvac or a rotary snake. Had to reschedule for the next day afternoon. Get a call at 3pm that I've been bumped down the list due to "emergencies." How is sewage backing up into my house not an emergency?! Will never call again Updated: I got the sewer working again by calling another plumber who charged me nearly $600 LESS than "A. Johnson," who is really now Reimer Home Services, a company owned by private equity out of state while retaining the local name in order to hook unknowing customers when they need help.

Excellent service! Will absolutely hire again. We called A. Johnson to investigate a sewage smell from one of our bathrooms. Daniel Desautels came out and not only diagnosed where it came from, but also fixed our toilet and helped identify another issue we didn’t know we had. He was fantastic and efficient with his time. We are extremely pleased with the work and look forward to calling A. Johnson back for any other issues that may occur.

Absolute terrible experience. Called for a repair estimate on a boiler and received a quote for over $6k or a replacement quote for over $13k, and were being pushed to replace it when we wanted the most cost effective option. We called a different company the next day and got all of the repairs we needed immediately for less than $500 as the problem was onlt a faulty gasket. To think of the amount of money I would have spent without getting a second opinion is unsettling. Would never recommend or use again, we paid almost as much for A Johnson to assess the situation as it cost to fix it with the other company.

Tucker was excellent..very prompt, friendly,courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. This was my first time with Johnson Plumbing and Heating. It was an emergency call and Tucker arrived 2 hrs after my emergency call without an appt. ..thank goodness.. other places were not accommodating and rude . I am a customer for life!
