Great price Had a major back up in my main waste line in my basement. Jacob from drain brain showed up. Absolutely great guy, professional, polite and very informative. Explained everything that was wrong and explained what he was going to do. And for pricing Absolutely spot on. I was expecting a high bill for the service, but came in way under what I expected. I am a professional home inspector and I recommend these guys anytime. If I used them in my own home, you should use them alao.

Reasonable price I gave them a call on a Friday afternoon regarding a clogged kitchen sink and was able to get scheduled in right away for Monday morning. Tim came by and got the job done really well. We haven’t been able to properly use our kitchen sink for months due to slow draining and it was so nice to get it finally fixed. Pricing felt fair as well. They have fixed rates so when you give them a call, they can let you know what the costs are depending on what you need done. Tim was really professional and friendly too. I definitely be recommend them for any drain issues you may have!

Reasonable price Second time using The Drain Brain. Tim was precise, professional, courtious and quick to locate and resolve my blockage in main sewer line to street. Camera found problem, he quickly rooted and cleaned out 85 year old clay pipes. Patiently explained whole process as it was done. Came promptly when scheduled, and got me back to normal super fast. Highly recomended, Tim and Drain Brain! Much appreciated.

Great price Drain Brain to the rescue!! The lady on the phone very nice and easy to talk to. Steve the technician so nice and knowledgeable. He had the problem fixed in a jiffy and a fraction of the price of those other big named guys. Highly recommend them. He was very respectful of our home too.

I had a problem with sewage not drawing out of my building. I figured there was a clog. My plumber referred me to The Drain Brain because he felt they would be more equipped to hand the problem. The tech was able to show me that there was no clog, but a broken sewer pipe that would have to be replaced. He even showed me on the camera where it was and marked on the grass where the excavator would have to dig to make the repair. The price was very fair for all the work the tech did. I would use them again for sure.

My family was stressed out having issues with our clogged kitchen sink drain! Was advised to called drain brain for our issues! We called and the next day the two gentlemen (Ben and Valik) came over and assured us the problem would be fixed. After about 20 minutes our drain and cleaned and the gentlemen even cleaned up the little mess from the drain. Would recommend this company to anyone with drain issues. Great customer service as well thank you guys!

I called Drain Brain for a clogged toilet and scheduled an appointment. The technician found a remote and a toothbrush stuck in the original toilet. He kindly offered to replace it with an extra toilet from his shop. However, the new toilet has a faulty valve that makes a lot of noise. I’ve contacted them multiple times for repairs, but no one has returned to finish the job. I’m giving one star because it’s frustrating when commitments aren’t fulfilled, especially when your given a tip.

Excellent service, and price was more then half what I paid the last time with another service. They also came right away. Highly recommend then

Their staff was informative, patient and transparent about cost and process. Would call them in a heartbeat for any drain clearing issues. Our problematic sink brought them here twice and they were more than fair on the pricing for the troubleshooting and time they spent here. They also gave a good recommendation for how to fix our problem long term so they didn't have to come back every year for the same issue.

Deven attempted to clear our garage floor drain backup but was unsuccessful, and not due to a lack of trying. He took care to clean the area and did not charge for the attempt. He was pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. Give this guy a raise. We appreciated how the situation was handled and will call Drain Brain to address issues in the future.

I called for service on my bathroom sink, they were able to come the same day, gave us a three hour window for their arrival and showed up on time at the start of the three hour window. The employee was extremely friendly and did a wonderful job clearing the clog in our pipes. He even took the time to wipe out the sink after he was finished which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend this company!! Thanks so much to y'all. (Believe the employee's name was Steve, Thank you Steve!).

The Drain Brain saved the day and best of all thousands of dollars for us!!! We contacted them after having our sewer serviced by another company that stated we needed to have our sewer line replaced due to cracks and 2 displacements of line. Steve came out ASAP, put a camera down our line and with confidence said our line was absolutely sound. Steve made sure he showed us the pipe from village to house to assure us that replacement was not needed. The time he took with us truly shows his dedication to your business and clients. We definitely will share your name with everyone as the most trustworthy business around! We are beyond grateful!!
