We had a clog in the drain in our basement. I called another company that we have used in the past, but they couldn't get over until the next day. I called around hoping to get someone that could come the same day. Drain Works said they could come between 12 and 4 that day. I received a call from a woman around 3:15 saying that we were next and the technician would call when he was on his way. She called back a minute later to tell me that he would be a few more hours at his present service call. We canceled the service call and went with the company we originally wanted who could come the next day. Negative Punctuality

To be honest I called with just a simple question about the cost of a service and instead of making me have an appointment for an estimate, they kindly answered my question over the phone without wasting my time. I really appreciated that. In the future when I need plumbing services I will remember this great customer service.

I dropped a diamond earring down the drain and the faucet needed to be fixed. Tom came with slippers over his shoes ( I was happy with that ) retrieved my earring and fixed the faucet. Three week ago, my kitchen drain clogged terribly on Sunday night. I called Drain Works on Monday at 7:00 am and spoke to a person. A call was received by 8:00 am from the serviceman. He arrived by 8:30 am and my problem was quickly resolved. No up-sells or fancy service contracts as compared to Auchinachie who never suggested snaking my drain during the last two visits they were in my home to consult on this matter. I wouldn't hesitate to call Drain Works again.

When I needed a plumber(on a Friday no less) to fix my leaking shut-off valve, they were there in no time. I was amazed at how fast and courtiest the gentleman was, not to mention they made me feel I was important. I had called a few other plumbers, but none of them could come out before Monday! I called Steve and Colin at Drain Works when my washing machine started draining into my shower. In less then 90 minutes they were called, at my house, through a root(s) in the front yard, cleaned up, and gone. Speedy service, friendly guys, and fairly priced. Will certainly be calling them again.
