Very nice guy but not happy with the fact that he stepped into my house without being invited. Also did not like that he installed the part without letting us know how much it was going to be to fix it. We had to have all the money right then. It was only $90 for him to come over and check out the furnace which is a really good price and he came over within 2 hours of us calling. I have never had that kind of service that quickly. Very kind to tell us exactly what was going on with the hating system.

The lady who answers the phone is impossible to work with. It also seems that if they don't already know you, they don't want to help you even for something simple. So being a new customer, don't expect them to show up Negative Responsiveness, Punctuality

Jay to the rescue. Had a problem with our kitchen sink. They dealt with it seven years ago. Had to wait a few days. They do not deal with mobile homes any more, but being they helped us out last time Jay came to the rescue and fixed it again for us.

I did not have any issues with the service being completed itself, but rather the customer service. I was unfortunately not notified by my landlord that they would be coming on Wednesday, and therefore received a phone call from the receptionist of this business. The receptionist was not friendly at all because they had been unable to get into my apartment, despite me not even being aware of them coming to do the repair that day. She was not very considerate of how I was not able to let them in because I was at work and not even there. I requested to have an appointment made instead so that I was there so they could get in, but they said I could leave it unlocked for the next morning. I was not very comfortable with the idea, but they at least came in to correct the problem. Overall, the attitude that I received from the receptionist was unprofessional. I appreciate the work that was done, but the tone for a misunderstanding was not. Services Garbage disposal repair
