New Reasonable price | $1,000–1,200 Very pleased with the service that I received. I noticed a leak in my basement ceiling but was actually coming from my second floor waste pipe. Suffolk Plumbing came within hours and were prompt, friendly and clean. I had a repair behind a kitchen wall, so sheetrock had to be cut and some wood removed for access to the pipe. Rob and Pablo did an amazing job and would absolutely recommend Suffolk Plumbing. Services Plumbing pipe repair

New I Had Suffolk do work in my home finishing up in August. A three-person crew 1 Supervisor and two assistants. Very hard-working crew. Very neat, cleaned each and every item in the room and left the room in excellent condition. I liked that they asked questions about anything they weren't sure about. Nice job crew, hope to never have to but, I would hire them again if needed.

These people don't care for your time or money. Scheduled an appointment with Luis and four days later, after taking time off work to ensure I'm home, I find out they no longer had availability and canceled the appt. without telling me - rather telling my home warranty company. Bad business. Find another company who values your time and values you as a customer. Edit to add: Sad they can't even accept responsibility. They scheduled the service call Monday for Thursday... then Thursday morning, they called the warranty company and told them they couldn't make it, mere hours before they were scheduled to come (which is how I came to know, because my warranty company immediately called me to find a new vendor). What makes a bad business worse? When you can't even accept that you did something wrong and just apologize for it. Don't try to shift your blame to me.

Marcus, we’re sorry for the frustration and understand why you were upset. Our office did speak with you regarding the service request, which had been assigned to Suffolk Plumbing through a third-party home warranty company. Although we initially hoped to accommodate the call, earlier in the week we determined that we would not be able to do so and declined the assignment through the warranty company’s system. At that point, the warranty company is responsible for notifying the homeowner and reassigning the service request. Based on your review, it appears that communication did not occur. Suffolk Plumbing never visited your home or performed any service at your property. We understand your frustration and hope this clarifies what occurred.

Great price | $200–400 Suffolk Plumbing far exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the experience was different from most plumbing companies. They didn’t charge an estimate fee, which is almost unheard of these days. Many plumbers charge $100 or more just to come out and look at the job. Last summer, I received a quote from another plumbing company for nearly $2,000 and decided to hold off because of the cost. When I finally contacted Suffolk Plumbing, they quoted me a small fraction of that price for the same work. The team completed the job in about an hour and even upgraded some of the piping and equipment at no additional charge. It was refreshing to work with a company that focuses on doing quality work rather than trying to nickel-and-dime customers at every turn. The technicians were professional, honest, and efficient, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services. One important note: Make sure you’re using Suffolk Plumbing in Farmingdale. There are a few companies with similar names, and this is the one I had a great experience with. Services Faucet repair
