I paid $4500 for a new commercial sink. When I pay $4500 for a 51” sink.. I expected a sink that wouldn’t break like the one I was replacing. I told them don’t go cheap on the sink. They cheaped out on the sink and bought one that cracked at the seams in 4 months. They sent guys to try and do patch work (which is against code for restaurants) They gave me a hard time during the warranty period ignoring me. Eventually I left a 1 star review.. and they came to replace the sink within 3 days. They replaced it with another cheap sink that cracked at the seams after 3 months. A friend called me that he was cleaning a restaurant to do construction. They had a sink laying around. Asked if I needed it. I picked it up. Used sink, 57”. Cost $0. Called a plumber and paid $900 to install. Working like a charm for almost 1 year. This one will never break. Why charge $4500 to install a cheap under $1000 sink. $3500 on labor. When one guy charged $900 to actually do more work of refitting a sink in an area where it had no business of fitting. When I’m paying $4500 I’m expecting to get at least a top of the line $2500 sink.. really ridiculous stuff from this company.
