New Great price | $400–600 On a Sunday evening I called to and left a message to schedule service to unclog my wasteline/sewer pipe. At around 7:45am the next morning I received a call that they could squeeze me in and send a crew between 8:30 - 10:00 am. The crew arrived at 9ish and immediately identified the cause of the problem and cleared the line. ALLIED /All- City is an EXCELLENT COMPANY for all your Plumbling needs. A SPECIAL SHOUTOUT - to the Technicians JUAN and his assistant. They were both Professional and Knowledgeable in their field. They preformed EXCELLENT WORK and earned this Positive view. Not sure Highly recommend Juan - he came to my home to address my issue within 30 minutes of my call. He was highly professional, knowledgeable and neat. Overpriced | $400–600 Nearly two hours and almost $500 was spent on a shower leak that was left unresolved—so much for their leak detection service. Nothing was repaired. And to make matters worse, I had to call on 3 separate occasions (after the service call) to get an answer to a simple question and I was told each time that someone would get back to me within an hour. I am still waiting—and it is weeks later. Needless to say, one star is too generous. Services Plumbing leak repair

Overpriced | $200–400 Person who installed boiler recommended Allied All City to obtain permit and handle inspection process. Allied plumber charged $300 to take a look; said there might be 1 flex pipe that needs to be replaced; everything else looked good. After he called office to obtain quote, there suddenly was 5-6 hours of work he'd need to do, not counting time needed for permit process. He said office would prepare proposal with costs. That was 13 days ago. I've phoned office 3 times and nothing is ready. They were the only company that charged to walk in the door. I give them 1 star for prompt 1st visit. Based on other reviews I've read, this isn't the first time they collected fee and never followed through. Find another company! Services Service not listed

You can expect they will push back your appointment until the end of day and then at the end of the day, try to schedule a different day. They will refuse to come on the day agreed upon, "unless it's an emergency". If you can't be trusted to arrive on the day that you scheduled with your customer, you cannot be trusted to arrive another day. Happy I dodged what appears to be a massive bullet after reading reviews of being abandoned after starting and not finishing a job. Not sure | $1,000+ Allied All City installed a brand new service line for us after failure of our previous line. It involved horizontal directional drilling 6 feet underground over a distance of over 200 ft. John responded promptly to all inquiries and gave a clear assessment and quotation. It was a big job, but they handled it in one day as promised with attention to lots of details. I was very happy with their work and the entire experience. Reasonable price I called yesterday morning at 5:55am and left a message, got a call back from Joe within 3 minutes. Had frozen pipes at my rental property from the bitter cold we've been having and by 8:30am, the same day, four men arrived with equipment who diagnosed the problem and had the water flowing within 1 hour. Very grateful that I called them first. The crew was nice, helpful and communicated everything they were doing with me. Great Job, highly recommended!! Services Service not listed

I called for a service appointment and was informed of the service charge for a technician to arrive and assess my boiler. There was a description of the issue at hand which was frozen pipes and explained on the service call in making the appointment. Once the technician arrived, the technician looked at the pipes for 30 seconds and said there is nothing they can do till the pipes thaw out due to being frozen. This is something that could have been mentioned through the phone call during making the appointment. However it seemed like a ploy to just get money out of a consumer because not only was I charged $95 just for someone to tell me what i told the company, the technician then offered a space heater at a rate for $550 an hour. I decline the heater, placed my own space heaters inside the boiler room, within the hour my boiler was thawed out. I found the issue on my own and fixed my boiler. This company was a waist of time and money. Don't recommend

Reasonable price | $1,000+ My water main started leaking in my basement and I had to have the service shut off at the street. I call Allied last night, and they sent Juan by to survey my job and they provided me a price to replace my main from the curb to the meter in the basement. They arrived this morning with 4 men and all sort of heavy equipment. Oh so grateful for their drilling equipment so they didn’t have to tear up my new driveway and walk installed last year. They ran the new main, ,and replumbed everything in my basement. While the original quote shocked me, you certainly get what you pay for. It turned. out to be a bargin. Any other contractor - I’d be having my sidewalk, walkway and front porch redone. I highly recommend this company. Services Outdoor plumbing system repair

Big thanks Allied team came to fix and solve the sinkhole, cesspool/sewer pipe broken issues that another contractor didn't do well in few years ago and caused sinkhole happened again. Too bad I couldn't remember and spell everyone's names. But I remembered name Nick. The team did great job and also explained the details and answered questions. At end of the day: we can use the water and toilet that almost a week could not be used. Thank you again Allied team! Hope the issues are not happening again!

John and Mike had to replace my sewer pipe, which had been laid very strangely when the house was built in the ‘60s. They warned me that I could lose my stoop once they started digging, but they really knew what they were doing and the damage to the property was minimal. It was a major project and they completed it quickly and efficiently. Great experience, communication with Mike was great too!
