7/6/2026..During that rain storm that we had over this passed weekend i noticed my sub pump went and my basement flooded..I called Steve 1st thing and he got rt back to me..He sent his guys over with in mins..They pumped my basement out and installed the new sub pump..Thank you Steve Dodd and guys..Nothing but the BEST ..Brian M Hayden

I have called them twice about a leak I am having and both times the ladies answering the phones were extremely short and fairly rude. They also told me twice that they would call me back with their availability, couldn’t tell me when that would be, and the second time I called the lady hung up on me. This is genuinely the worst customer service I have had as two people in a row seemed annoyed that I wanted to be a customer and after 24 hours I still have not been called back.

I had the best experience today when Steven Dodd Plumbing installed a hot water heater. Even though I asked for the wrong size, they were professional and understanding. I would definitely recommend them and would gladly hire them again. I was very happy with the job.

TERRIBLE WORK. DO NOT HIRE. TRIED TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RECTIFIED TO NO AVAIL, NO RESPONSE NOT EVEN A COURTESY EMAIL THAT HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. I DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO COME BACK TO MY HOME TO FIX THIS ISSUE SINCE FEBRUARY. Follow up to this poor job. Jones services came saw the job and laughed. Said steve should really take off the heating portion off because he doesn’t know HvAC. Guy from Jones services figured out the issue in less than a minute. It was not the electrical like steve said. It was the pump. Steve should really pay for this.

I normally don't post up reviews but in this instance I must. I have a world of gratitude for Steve for fixing my boiler issue when another company couldn't figure it out. Steve made time during his busy schedule (this was during the second wave of single digit temperatures) to come to my home to at least provide us with heat until the following day. He then came out and fix the problem which was that the prior company crossed the wires some where in the boiler. He doesn't know this but everytime I walk into my home I feel so grateful for Steve because of the warmth I feel embracing me and my family. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Steve Dodd Plumbing will absolutely be my go to company moving forward!!

This is our second time calling Mr. Steve Dodd. This time it was for our heat as we only had partial heat in our home . Our experience with Mr. Dodd and his staff has been great ! They always provide outstanding service . This is my go to company for plumbing . Should you need a plumber I would recommend him !

We had a very pleasant experience using Steve Dodd. He was quick to return my call and gave us a great price to replace our hot water heater. The technicians were prompt, pleasant and their work was neat. They took care to cover the floors and maneuvered upstairs without a scratch. First time calling Steve Dodd. Boiler was not turning on for my heat. Left a message with his answering service and got a call back (from him) within 10 mins. Got me in that day. Service guy was very nice and very knowledgeable. VERY reasonable pricing. Would recommend Steve and his crew! Will definately be using him for now on for my issues.
