Poor service. Misdiagnosed the issue within 5minutes the guy was in and out after picking up the service call check without even lifting a finger. I am now working with another contractor to get it fixed. He was alarmed as well that it was a major issue and BC service guy said it was nothing. Will not use BC again. Wish I had read previous reviews before calling them.

He open furnace up didn't even check anything and said there's nothing wrong with this furnace then he ordered some parts then he came back and told me he would be here about a hour and a half he was here about 10 minutes and he left and he was rude I didn't want him in the first place because he didn't even look at the furnace and he said there's nothing wrong with it but and then he didn't answer his phone when I called him but never again 😡😡😠😤😤

Called answering service because of a clogged kitchen sink. Without even returning the call he said sounds like a septic problem. Terrible! Bathroom works just fine. So glad he can diagnose without even calling back. Coward had answering service call me back. Sad customer service. I had no problem paying night weekend rate to get it fixed.

Young man who came, was on time, VERY professional and knew his craft. I had tried for two weeks with several other companies trying to get someone to show up and help me with an electric issue. BC made an appointment and then called me several days early to say they had an opening and arrived on time and took care of the problem in less than an hour. Super impressed and happy. Thank you! Justin came to fix our lights in our kitchen,. Maintenance had been over with no fix insight. Justin was here for just over an hour and was determined to fix it, it was a success. I wasn’t informed that you charge for estimates - your employee was at my house for under 10 minutes, said “Yup, that needs to be replaced,” and left. A week later I got a bill for over $110 for an “hour labor”??? I tried reasoning with the guy over the phone by negotiating a lower amount, but “that’s not how we do business.” You’ve lost my business permanently.

During a pretty harsh snow storm, they made an emergency call to my Mother's house when her heat went out, and got her up and running until they could get parts to completely fix the system. Got an estimate from Brad for a new boiler/furnace. Brad was very professional and his prices were competitive. I ended up choosing another company to do the job, but BC is highly recommended and I will definitely consider them for future projects.

They cancelled my appointment on the day of scheduled service twice, and on the third try they never showed for their late AM appointment, and they never called to update me that they would be late. I finally called them at 3pm and cancelled everything. When I cancelled, it seemed like they didn’t even cared that I cancelled. Good luck to all their future customers, I won’t be one.
