Reasonable price ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! If I could give a trillion stars I would!! The Cleanup AND restoration service was unbelievably FAST and professional! Especially Jonathan Sisk, the Construction Supervisor, he was phenomenal!!!! I was the one responsible for all of the communication having to do with my 86-year-old mother's insurance claim and he was nothing but attentive, professional, understanding, and SO empathetic to her situation! Honestly, I could go on and on...I will absolutely recommend ServPro to anyone I can. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE ENTIRE STAFF, you all were wonderful AND so very appreciated! Not sure I wanted to write a great review based upon how it all started. My 85 yo mom's hot water tank leaked and flooded her patio home and ServePro was there on a Saturday. The fans were set up and they included two dehumidifiers, but they only plugged in one. No problem. It was hectic. I just plugged it in. My 85 yo mom and her cat came to stay with me. However, she kept having to return to meet with them to check water humidity levels. She was staying with me 20 minutes away. One time she went to unlock the door but did not wait for them. When she returned later that afternoon, the door was left ajar. They did the final inspection a week later (Friday) and it wasn't until I contacted them Monday that they even mentioned about her looking for a carpet replacement. She could have been selecting it, and ServePro setting up installation, but I contacted John at Serve Pro and said that she would find out tomorrow where she can go look for carpeting which could be 10 days out before install. What ServePro should be aware of is the tumult this has on their customers lives when they take their time. My mom's cat is losing weight because he is not in his home and there is another cat in his strange environment disrupting his eating. My cat is not going to the bathroom regularly and will probably have a blockage and it will turn into $1,000 vet bill. This East Rochester Serve Pro is poorly organized and clueless about the business that they are in. Its more than carpentry. Its peoples lives. A flooded patio home with carpet water damage should not take 20 plus days to restore.

Not sure Zack answered my call at 7PM for a branch through a skylight and glass clean up. He was willing to come immediately with his team to clean up, but I hadn’t filed a claim. He offered to come over the next morning and give advice…no push to sign up. He admitted the couch was probably totaled and offered to tell the adjuster. I retained him to clean up glass and later dispose of the totaled furniture. Glass cleanup was done 2 hrs later very professionally. Fantastic job all arround! Services Service not listed

Not sure We came home at the end of a day last week to find water flowing out of my husband's tv room ceiling and part of the ceiling on the floor! There was also water dripping out of the light fixtures in the powder room adjacent to that room. Servpro was there within a few hours and removed wet carpet etc. They immediately set up dehumidifiers and fans. Garrett, Mark and Mario came every day to check moisture levels and explained everything to us. Lauren and Amanda in the office were great too calling us with the team's arrival time. Not sure Garrett and mark were great! Servpro got to us w in 24 hours of discovering the water damage. They came in and were able to get all of the carpeting out. Set up huge fans and dehumidifier to dry out the area.
