We cannot thank SERVPRO enough for the work they provided when we really needed help. It was possibly the coldest day/night of the winter (2026). We are a local golf club and one of our pipes burst. The flooding was extensive. SERVPRO was on the job within a couple of hours (1am) and started with the clean-up. In a manner of a few days, they were able to stabilize the situation and get the property up and operational. I would highly recommend SERVPRO. Great price I am the owner of Monroe Chocolate Spa. As many people in our community know, our business recently experienced a fire. After the fire, we needed extensive cleaning and restoration, including the walls, floors, ceilings, and indoor air quality. We contacted several restoration companies and ultimately chose SERVPRO. Looking back, it was absolutely the right decision. The SERVPRO team was professional, responsive, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality and helped us meet all of the town’s post-fire requirements for commercial properties. Their expertise and attention to detail made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. Thanks to their hard work, we were able to pass inspections and reopen our business much sooner than we expected. I highly recommend SERVPRO to any business or homeowner dealing with fire, smoke, or restoration issues. We are truly grateful for their outstanding service and support during a difficult time.

I UPDATE: The work is completed and many thanks to Kelly and Chris for their hard work. I had a leak in my house from the ice buildup this year. I am so skeptical of any kind of contractor cause my husband and I have been ripped off before. The job isn’t done yet, but it will be tomorrow. First they came to mitigate, which kind of got me very nervous. I guess that is normal when someone is demolishing your home. However, now they are putting everything back together and the guys we are working with are amazing. Including our project manager., Ryan. I have no doubt everything is going to look wonderful. Mike, thank you so much for getting back to me and guiding me through the process.

The entire team was onsite within an hour to start the major restoration process. from Nick, Juan, Eric and Victor -they were all knowledgeable , compassionate , professional and set realistic expectations as to what needed to be done from start to finish. This crisis closed my business for two days yet it could have easily been 5 days.
