I hired them for a water damage assessment. For property owners paying out-of-pocket, note that the inspection is billed with a 3-hour minimum (about $450) and is separate from any mitigation or repair work. In my case, the assessment was done on Monday and the estimate was provided about two days later (Wednesday), which was consistent with the timeframe communicated. The assessment itself was professional, but the mitigation estimate was higher than I expected, so I decided not to proceed. No comment on work quality since I did not move forward, but it may be helpful to clarify inspection costs, timeline, and scope in advance — especially if you are not going through insurance. Not sure My neighbor hired this company to take the ice off their roof. My house is attached as it is a townhouse. The ice came down on my deck damaging my deck rail and breaking my glass table. I called the company, spoke with Milton to advise this and ask them to repair my rail was informed it was an act of mother nature and it was a coincidence that all the ice on their roof came crashing down at the same time they were up there. I had an emergency on a Saturday, the weekend before Christmas. I had a problem with water back up in my basement. I found Puroclean on google, and they answered and came out right away!
