Great price The gentleman at Paul Davis Restoration of Orange and Sussex County are the best. From beginning to end they were professional, understanding and great people to work with. Patrick S. kept me informed of anything and everything. If I had a question he got back to me in less then 30 minutes with an answer. Zach, Patrick and the rest of the crew were fabulous with the clean up, and return of our items once the restoration was complete. The flooring, drywall and painting were on point, you would not have known the basement was ever flooded. Excellent work and communication! Would definitely call them again. Reasonable price The entire big team is very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. They did an excellent job remediating and demolishing my floor and partial walls in the basement after a nasty sewage flood. On Claim #02611227-801 USSA. I would like to compliment your workers. Starting with Randy who did all the paperwork, he was very professional and someone nice to deal with. Then followed by Chris O. and Patrick C. also very professional, and they explained to us all that needed to be done, to bring our kitchen back to the way it was, both very sociable. Zack came and quickly he installed the 2 machines to help us get rid of some the mold smell and and dry the wood. He carefully closed off my kitchen doorways and taped my floors and stairways along the hall also, so that my flooring would not get ruined. He too was very professional also. These guys are all great assets to your company and should be recognized. We were very pleased that when we were approved by USAA on 06/15/26, they were the ones chosen to do the job for us. Great price Rainy day and my daughters are on the fast lanes shoulder on 17. Zack turns around comes back blocks traffic risking his own safety help my 19yr old and 14yr daughters change their tire and waited until they left all we know is Paul Davis shirt with Zack front. Although I haven’t had a service completed yet, they provided me with an estimate. They were extremely courteous from the initial phone call to the proposal submission. I was grateful they came to perform an inspection very quickly. The proposal covered all the items we discussed in person and I found the cost to be fair and reasonable. We have hired Paul Davis to perform recovery of property from water damage. Chris Offerman was the lead person on the project. He took care of our concerns during the remediation process to remove the mold in the laundry room wall. We are looking forward to the next step of restoration of the home from the remediation steps and provide further review at the end of the project.

Great price On superbowl Sunday we had a fire in our kitchen. Not nearly as bad as it could 've been, but we were left with an extremely strong smoke odor throughout the house. Paul Davis was the company sent to do our remediation by the insurance company. From their first walk through to to the final result, they were professional, kind, understanding and ALWAYS available for questions, an opinion and even in helping us navigate the insurance company requirements. As a business owner myself, I can't say enough about how this company operates and how far they go to help you as much as they can !!! In our case, Paul Davis was hired by the insurance company, but we're clearly in our corner from the start. I dealt with Patrick and Chris Schenk....the owner. BOTH went absolutely above and beyond for us, and we will forever be grateful. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would would! After dealing with a different branch for over a month, I was completely overwhelmed. They did the demo, ripped out my ceiling, left a massive mess, and then essentially disappeared. I was left with a construction zone in my home and no answers, and had to start the entire process from scratch. Being 9 months pregnant, the stress of the situation was honestly unbearable. Thankfully, the Florida branch stepped in and took over my job—and I can’t say enough good things about them. From the moment I started dealing with them, they wasted no time getting things moving. Not only did they have to complete the job itself, but they also had to deal with a significant amount of cleanup and additional work left behind by the previous branch. Everyone I interacted with was incredible. Chris in the office, Michael and Zach on site, and even the workers I didn’t get the chance to meet all clearly worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of before my due date. They were compassionate, understanding, and truly empathetic to my situation, which meant so much during such a stressful time. Once they handled all the cleanup and recovery from the previous mess, they managed to put my ceiling back together in just one day. The efficiency and professionalism were amazing. I truly wish I had been working with this team from the very beginning.
