Great price When my mom's basement flooded, I was so overwhelmed , but SERVPRO made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to get through. I can't say enough about Mike Filano. He was absolutely amazing, calling and texting regularly to keep me updated, answering all of my questions, and helping me every step of the way. Even though I was trying to coordinate everything for my mom, Mike always made me feel like we were in good hands. His communication and kindness truly put my mind at ease. Great price While we were away during the deep freeze the end of Jan 2026 we had a pipe burst on the 2nd fl doing damage to all 3 floors. I called Ray the Plumber to fix the burst pipe on a Saturday and they responded within the hour and fixed the pipe. The plumber seeing all the damage from collapsed ceilings told my sons we need to get someone in here asap to handle the mitigation and suggested SERVPRO of Greater Smithtown. Mike Falino owner of SERVPRO of Greater Smithtown and his crews were onsite and ripping out the soaked carpets, sheetrock & insulation within the hour. Mike informed my son to order a pod for the driveway and they shrink wrapped all the good furniture and household items and moved into the pod. SERVPRO had like 50 fans and 50 dehumidifiers running for over a week to dry the place out and prevent mold. After the Insurance paid out for the damages Mike had a contractor and his crew in immediately restoring the interior of our home which turned out beautiful and we were moved back in in record time. Mike supervised the whole project and was always quick to answer a text or phone call. The SERVPRO crew (and Karen in the office) were always polite and reassuring that everything would be better than before and they were all very professional. If you should ever experience a catastrophic event as we did I highly recommend giving SERVPRO OF GREATER SMITHTOWN a call and Mike Falino will be in touch immediately to work with you as if it was his own problem.
