I had a long-standing working relationship with this company for over 20 years. Unfortunately, my experience toward the end of that relationship was very disappointing. There is a significant unpaid balance that has remained unresolved, and repeated attempts to communicate over the past two years have not been returned. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this company clearly document all agreements and payments and proceed with caution. There are many reputable restoration companies out there, so it’s important to do your due diligence before moving forward with any contractor.

ServiceMaster by Premier Drying Solutions has failed to pay multiple invoices for completed work. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and resolve the matter, they have neither issued payment nor provided a payment plan or satisfactory explanation. The total outstanding balance currently exceeds $35,000. Additionally, the company continues to operate and conduct business while ceasing all communication and failing to cooperate in resolving this issue. Their lack of response has left us with no alternative but to seek assistance through Google.
