Reasonable price After our flood event, Jason and George and the team took care of all our belongings and removed all the water damaged properties. They communicated and helped us during the rebuild, which we had never experienced before. I know I would have been unable to coordinate this without their expertise and experience. Great price Sunday morning… water pooling in my basement ceiling… devastation and panic set in. Within an hour Jason was at my house, located the source, started to drain it, set up multiple fans, drying mats and dehumidifiers. Put my mind at ease, came back Tuesday to check the progress, check for mold… this team takes perfectionism to a whole other level, it wasn’t dry enough… to his liking, he set fans and dehumidifiers back up quickly and and assured me he’d be back in 24 hours to check the progress. Cannot rave about Jason and his team enough. Insuring my mothers in law suite was safe for her and her kitties to return to and not a minute earlier. I hope I never need him again, but in the event I do, I know exactly who to call. Thank you so much Jason! Above and beyond this team went. They were respectful of all belongings, immaculate with set up and break down. I could go on and on. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Great price My heating unit broke down and one of my radiators froze and burst. Jason and George came to look at the damage. They advised my son and l that the damage was slight and if l was his parent he’d advise us to clean it up ourselves. Get heaters, fan and dehumidifier. It would take 3 days for mold to set in and in this freezing weather maybe longer. They stayed over an hour. They stayed to wait for my son to get to my house and go over everything again. I was dumbfounded by their honesty and professionalism. They refused a tip! We have a new boiler and radiator. Thanks!!! Services Service not listed

Reasonable price I was faced with a huge flood in my Dad's basement on a Friday afternoon (which happened to be Halloween). Having no idea what to do, I called Restoration Pros and it turned out to be the best thing I could have done. Jason called me back immediately and came out to review the scene. All the water and the damaged furnishings were quickly removed and the property expeditiously dried. It was ultimately determined that there was a crack in the foundation, which Restoration Pros promptly repaired. There were some plumbing issues, but as I was overwhelmed, Jason agreed when I asked that he secure the plumber and bill me for his services. It was wonderful that he was able to take that off my plate - it was very full that week, and it was wonderful that I didn't have to spend time tracking down and hiring a plumber! The entire clean up and repair were fully completed in one week. The price was competitive and the work was very well done. When Jason said that he would be there at a certain time he was there. He advised me of the repair schedule and stuck to it. Above all, he was a great communicator - he always either picked up the phone or called right back. Had a sewer backup in our basement flooding the unfinished part. Restoration Pros came in cleaned up the area dried it out and applied an anti mold and disinfectant to the effected area. Jason and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Jason walked me through what to expect from the insurance company, what would be covered and not covered. Company was very helpful and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazingly helpful!! I called the general number and reached Jason. I told him right away that I was calling for information and advice, and that I would not be able to hire his firm since the property with the mold problem was in Spain. Nevertheless, Jason explained the entire process to me - not just mold removal/remediation, but also about HVAC and IICRC certification - important aspects of the work that will be needed in my apartment overseas. Jason even gave me his personal work cell number in case I have follow-up questions. I am thoroughly impressed with Jason's knowledge and professionalism. Thank you, Jason!
