New We had a wastewater issue in our house for about a year. Other local plumbing companies came out, charged us money, and did nothing but kick the can down the road. Rich from Roto Rooter actually got to the bottom of it. Our plumbing issue is completely fixed. Highly recommend!!!! Services Plumbing pipe repair

Reasonable price | $300–400 Roto-Rooter might be a big brand, but the experience of dealing with Kyle and Melissa was anything but the impersonal corporate nightmare I've come to expect. They were responsive, prompt, efficient, and helpful. Kyle provided his rates, weekend surcharge, and service guarantee up front and without any b.s., which is more than i can say for some other top rated companies in the area. He fixed the problem quickly, knew what he was talking about, and stuck around to provide me some extra advice. Will call again, will recommend. Services Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning

The worst company. Workers came to clear pipes. Cost me thousands because the experienced workers claimed my drain pipe was charged with electric charge.. told my wife not to touch the sink bc she could die then left the job The pipe is PVC...... That should tell you all you need to know. The first PVC pipe in history to hold electric charge.

I called Roto-Rooter on Monday and they had me scheduled the very next day. Paul and Rich arrived on time, they were polite and courteous. Expained everything to me and gave me up front pricing before getting started. They worked quickly, they were very clean and respectful, they did a good amount of problem-solving work and they made sure I inspected and was happy with the items fixed before presenting the bill. The price was fair and the all the work very well done. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter and ask for Paul and Rich again.
